XIM Ps3 Mouse/Keyboard lagging problem

Hi The Xim works but however I configure it, it lag as hell! Tried re-flash it but no change. Tried on both wireless mouse/keyboard and wired, but same it's the same @#$%!
Does it matter what ps2 adapter I have?
I need help!
