i was looking into experimenting with these:  question however. im currently running 125 hip sens, and 75 ads sens on a g5 logitech with 2000 dpi.

the g700 should be here today - but the Mw3 ballistic curve i was going to try ( has sensivitiy at 16 and 9)  that seems VERY low.

do i still need to tune that to get the sweet spot?

I tuned it to my sweet spot first.
Took notes (actually an entire excel file with loads of math) of what sensitivities were as close to perfect as I could get at 5700DPI with the g700.

Found the two sensitivities I liked the most and averaged them together to get my main sensitivity.
Applied the MW3 ballistics curve and noticed that the sensitivity dropped, so I moved it back to my perfect sensitivity.

For me, the combined perfect sensitivity and slayersteve's MW3 Curve was @#$% near 100% what I wanted.

Battlefield 3

There are 2 balistics I have made with great feed back through messages.

Rember to adjust your hip and ADS sensitivities to suit you.

Mouse: Logitech 9Gx 5700DPI - Sensitivity is maxed out at 10 on device profile.
Report Rate : 1000
Ingame Sesitivity maxed

This takes out the jitters so you can fine aim with out adding drag to your 1:1 movements. You can snipe with ease.

Recommended for all Mice!

This worked great for me, thanks!

Anyone able to put together a ballistic curve for black ops 2?

Running the g700. So pretty high dpi.. My problem or want for more with the stock curve, is I would like precise movement early for aiming and increase it the more I move the mouse for being able to spin around and check peripherals, while still maintaining accuracy with small minor movements.

I will plan on attempting to do one this weekend, as I feel it would be be very beneficial.

Thanks!

I've kind of found that curve is a curve is a curve.
I use the same one for everything.

first attempts at ballistic curv-ing!

been experimenting for a bit with these curves..  I use a G9x mouse with 5700 dpi (set at 1000 polling, pointer movement settings (not sure if relevant? or what best to use) speed 10, accel 3 (maxed outboth)

its been a work in progress fine tuning the sensitivities.. I currently have it at 45 Hip, 20 ADS

heres the pic first.

I tend to like to run around at high sensitivity - so i can quickly scan left right, streets/alleys as I pass them - and then if i catch someone - the ability to "slow down" my aim so i can precisely aim at the target and hopefully get the kill.

would also like the ability to spin to my flank if catch gunfire from the back so the high end (top curve) i have increased the acceleration a little bit

heres the code:

Lex.
Try mine, I've been getting positive reviews via PM for it.

And yes, it says MW3 but it should work across all games.
I use the same curve in BF3 and Blops2

It's up to you to find your own sensitivity though, I wouldn't use mine if I had the reaction times of my youth.

I got the same mouse , when im sniping i drop the dpi to 1800 and increase my hip fire sense by 10points on xim, works fine for me . I find that when the mouse is at 3500dpi its harder to snap it or whip the mouse. Hope this helps abit

I am pretty happy with the ballistic curves I made for Black Ops 2 as these are the most functional ones I have made for any game and always use them. I tailored them to how I play and it really took a bit of back and forth, but have come to something near perfect for me. I use a g400 at 3600dpi with hip at 68.59 and ADS at 27.74.

The hip curve helps me scan rooms and areas smoothly while allowing for a quick 180 and the ads curve smooths out the aim and (especially for the micro aim corrections) helps me not over aim and stick on target better. All in all they feel natural when enabled and really grows on you.
