PS3 Mode... still needs a controller? Y/N

There is now choice, you must have a controller plugged in. That's how Edge knows which console you are on.

Yes, you can bind primary and secondary buttons. But, can only set primary in-game.

Can't you just program it to be generic usb all of the time unless you plug in an xbox controller which in that case switches it to xbox mode? Seriously this would be an awesome feature no more controls after everything is all set up.

Yes, it'll charge while plugged to Edge. Edge uses less power than XIM3 so it can handle some devices charging through it.

I think we all need to make sure we have 2 controllers. Having to have the ps3 pad set to charge all the time will make the battery very flat.

Why? After a battery is charged, the charger goes into "trickle charge" mode. Nothing bad will happen to the battery.

No, absolutely not. It doesn't charge, discharge, and charge again (over and over). When it hits max, it trickle charges it -- just like your cellphone.
