ok first of you need to create a new config and set it to translator : standard
then you get lots of values, you start with the deadzone from lets say 4000 onwards in 100 increasements
you increase it more and more until you reach a point where your mouse movements start to get registered
you now are close to the game deadzone
now slightly tweak it till it feels ok for that game
when you have done that you can go with the other values, but those are basically just there to tweak the movement to perfection
