...Presenting...

Accounts are only needed to post an Ad. Unlike eBay, Ads can be posted for as much time is need and there are no fees. Its similar to Craigslist but it is easier to navigate and communicate with the seller. Every Ad will be scrutinized both the seller and ad will be removed if there is any doubt to legitimacy. There's also a comments forum on the ads for asking questions. So feel free to sign up and post your stuff!

Please sticky this, moderation, the community needs this and I am happy to say the market is starting to roll.
Nicely done dmx. Also register and you will get a mail for new items sold.

Sorry we can't officially support anything like this, Obsiv went over this in one of his posts before xmarket was started.

Stickying this thread does not mean you support it. Itís a community project by a member who really helps. If you take away the market on this site, this is the least yo can do. It just saves my time bumping the thread. There is no harm done to XIM Tech.

So any link on this site supports other hardware and software manufacturers and makes you legally responsible? This is sad as Xmarket is for the community. No need to feed Ebay with money for stuff that is sold anyway.
But so be it, you better delete Xmarket threads and posts then.

Sorry roads, but that is one crazy logical leap you got going there.

How is OBsIV "not stickying something" mean that he must delete every thread relating to that subject?....

Not only that, when did OBsIV ever say that he felt stickying a thread would make him legally responsible?....

I get that you want this stickied, but dude you are using very very frightening logical fallacies here bro.

Zach I understood they closed down the marketplace because of legal issues. Fraud selling stuff would backfire on XIMtech. I understood that. With not wanting to support by stickying my guess was its out of this thinking. Its for sure not because of the 2 XIM3 that are sold used per year there and that will be sold anyway.
If there is a legal issue linking to that site then better delete them all, no? If there is not, I don't see a reason not to put a sticky on it.

Because he doesn't want to be associated with anything he is not in control of.

I don't see a problem with that - it's pretty smart.

I get that and this is just my thought. A sticky associates Obsiv with the Xmarket? That is my point, it does not imo.
