help me pls i dont see my shared videos i know i need to go somewhere Barracks -> VIP Code . i want put it on youtube. but it says: That account is already linked! and still nothing. what do i need to see it

clips have to be less than 30 seconds, and there is an option to "render clip" (or something like that) you need to select in black ops for it to upload to youtube.  Just putting a clip in file share won't put it up on the website or youtube.

to record all video like 15 min do i need a Duzzle?

yes, you will need some sort of DVR (digital video recorder) that can record from your TV or XBOX, then you can edit and render the clip on your pc, and upload it to youtube.
