Can you use your current black ops config, look at your xim3 lcd and tell me the color of the right analog sticks dot when you do these motions?

Slow linear movement
Medium linear movement
Fast accelerating swipe

Slow is yellow
Medium is yellow/brown
Fast is black

I take it I need to reduce sensitivity to a sensible level Misty? Like 2200-2500?

The sensitivity on xim3 is limited to 500.00. You're missing a decimal point. Your actual sensitivity is 35.00 or just 35. That's a good sensitivity range, if it feels good to you then keep it. Like I said earlier just keep at it, the more you play the better you will get at it. It wouldn't hurt to go into a private match and practice turning fast but not fast enough to black dot.

When the black dot is reached any additional movement is wasted. You will end up wasting mouse pad space which in the end limits the amount you can turn, this makes it seem as if you are looking slower when swiping your mouse fast. Again this is a console limitation that game developers include in games, the black dot is just a tool that shows you when you've reached the limit.
