So far, so good

Got my XIM3 in a very short time!  Still tweaking things out on Black Ops but it appears that I am already playing at or near my PC level in only two days!! Very nice on the hands using a keyboard over the controller.  Never could hold down LS for sprint very long; hurt like crazy, now it's no problem again.  I couldn't map exactly like the pc game for some reason but I'm still working on it.

What mouse you running?
Don't put down the bottle... just tape it to the back of the shield and put a straw in it.  WIN!

Using a Razer Mamba with a Black Widow Ultimate keyboard.  Lovin' it!

Assuming you are talking about mapping the crouch and prone that isn't possible. That's the only issue I had to overcome getting use to XIM.

I also run the Mamba. So awesome

I found out from another post that all I have to do is hold C and I will prone.  I really miss the left control option.  I will send my mapping later so I can compare notes.  I'm still tweaking things.  I have both primary and seconday sensitivity set to 3500 and with the mouse and game sensitivity all the way up, I still feel sluggish. I'm sure it's a me thing.

This person is using a xim2, RoAV you're using a xim3. Please open your own thread in support.

5tayFro5ty, you should try to recalibrate as administrator. What is your config?

I finally got to look at my mapping. I do things a little different than the default settings anyway so here is what I have.

A on XBOX is SPACE for PC
B                     C
X                     R
Y                  Wheel down
RS                   E
LS                Left Shift
RB               Mouse wheel click
LB                   Q

DPAD

UP                   5
RIGHT              F
DOWN              X (eqipment)
LEFT                6

Other two arrow buttons on controller

Obj button      ESC
Scoreboard     TAB

Hope this makes sense.  I was having trouble with killstreaks and saw the video but though this might work.  That's what I meant by "having trouble mapping some buttons".  It's a bit awkward for the game menus and classes so I usually use the controller for that stuff and the keyboard/mouse in game.  If there's a better way please let me know.

Missed your other suggestion Misty.  What does calibrating as administrator mean.  My account on the PC is admin and I didn't see a video about this. ??

You said your sensitivity levels are 3500, you are using xim2 right? What are your config settings, not button mapping.

Sensitivity feels good at 3500.  You did ask what buttons I couldn't map.  I wanted to see if my mapping was good even though it is personal preferance.

My configs are

Primary

Mouse
Smart
COD:BO:1
3500

Secondary

Smart
COD:BO:ADS:1
3500
120ms

Playing feels close to PC but if there is something that needs to be adjusted, let me know. No niticeable ADS lag.

Are you sure you don't mean your sensitivity is 35.0? I don't think the xim3 is capable of reaching 3500.

All I can recommend is that you set your ingame sensitivity to 10 or max, then find a sensitivity that doesn't black dot on your xim3 lcd screen when swiping your mouse. Lastly and this is the most important part, keep playing! It helps to not switch between games or platforms.

It does say 3500 and I do have the mouse up as far as possible and know right away if it is slow.  Sorry I mentioned the sluggishness.  You are right to say play it. I have and am playing as good as on my PC.  The one thing I miss is the toggling of ADS.  I'll look around here and see if there is a post for it.  I'm thnking that is not doable yet like double binding button.  Thnaks for you input.  Looking forward to some nice pwnage as I get more accustomed it my XIM3.  Great product.
