:::I see dumb people:::

Peel back film, problem solved and the title of this post should be changed appropriately...

Maybe I'll have the assemblers peel and fold back a corner. I'm just always concerned about adding another step in the pipeline that would slow things down.

Just add a paper note inside the box. It can be neon colored (hard to miss) and a size of a post-it. Have words/graphic printed on it to inform the customer that there is a protective film and that it should be removed, if so desired. This shouldn't slow down production too much.

Get a tiny sticker that says "please remove film" and stick it on.

Personally I like to leave the screen condoms on items for a while.  I find that any damage to a sensitive part happens in the first couple of weeks.  All my 360s still have all the "Remove before use" condoms on them.

Sure the directions don't tell you to peel the plastic off.  I am more disappointed that I was not warned that a 360, keyboard and mouse were not included.   I should have been told.    ;)

Lol and you think you had it bad.... http://www.xim3.com/community/index.php?topic=13762.0

Now that! Is horrible.
Do not just experience the essence of defeat, but use it to your advantage so that you may interpret those mistakes, and convert them to resolutions. Thus making these new resolutions your dangerous weapon against your opponents.

I figured as much with the XIM3.  No problem finding the sticker but would someone please tell me why they put them on video cards?! Like, who's going to see the scratches after its installed? lol

For clear case windows or displays. Gotta show off the internals.
