1. You may need to use APEX's latest firmware that includes the latest controller support. This is a manual update that requires a PC or Mac. You can find the latest APEX firmware below. Please read the instructions on the download page.

3. You may need to turn the controller on to initialize it with your XIM.
4. If the controller isn't shown in Manager there is a communication problem between XIM and controller. This can be caused by the cable, the hub port, or the controller. Testing other ports on the hub, testing other data cables, and testing another controller may help.
