[RESOLVED] I need help

 my xim apex does not connect to the pad resetting the settings of my xim did not work the version rains to 5.13.3146.0

Has this same setup worked for you in the past and if so how long ago?

Testing other data cables with the controller may help. Be sure that the controller isn't updated while connected to XIM.

other cables also do not work and when I connect the second rain, everything works, I also bought a third rain from power today and it also does not work

other cables do not work. resetting xim didn't help either. works with other xim controller

Can you explain what this means? Also, are you able to make a video of the problem to show what works and what doesn't work?

when I plug in the controller it doesn't look for it

1. reset winter and updated
2.I changed the cables
3 . when the controller is connected, it does not turn on by itself
4. no error pops up on the mobile application

1. You may need to use APEX's latest firmware that includes the latest controller support. This is a manual update that requires a PC or Mac. You can find the latest APEX firmware below. Please read the instructions on the download page.

2. Testing other data cables may help. In some cases the problem is the controller itself in this case, testing other controllers may help.

3. You may need to turn the controller on to initialize it with your XIM.

4. If the controller isn't shown in Manager there is a communication problem between XIM and controller. This can be caused by the cable, the hub port, or the controller. Testing other ports on the hub, testing other data cables, and testing another controller may help.

 tested other cables, I have the latest software and when I connected a different controller it worked

If other controllers work with your APEX then there may be a problem with your existing controller, using the other controller may be needed.
