What's the difference between the old rainbow six config and the new one? Sensitivity is faster now anyway to fix?

The aim mechanic of the game has changed and the new config has been trained under that. So all changes that you feel between the two comes from the aim mechanic change. The new config just operates on what the aim mechanic provies.
