[ACTIVE] Xim nexus won’t move on Xbox

I am having trouble. I have Xbox series x all show on app connected  wireless and shows controller connection  but nexus controller won’t move menu or respond also I have updated adapter and nexus controller idk what else to do. I restarted Xbox many times and nothing pease someone help so I can play

Welcome to the community. Are you seeing the green flashing lights on your Adapter at startup?

And, do you see the controller icon at the top of Manager showing as not transparent?

I see on the app all connected wireless. Adapter flashing what to red but controller won’t respond on Xbox on app I can see it moving and any keys I press but not responding at Xbox

Ok, but when you plug in Adapter do you see the 4 green flashes at startup (like in the Getting Started video)?

No when I plug it in it does 4 pink flashes and then red

Oh that means it's not detecting your controller. Are you using a genuine Xbox controller? Have you had any issues with the Xbox controllers USB port? Do you have another controller (or cable) you can try to help isolate the issue?

It is a elite series 2 controller but I will try another wire if I can find one and change USB port  but also when I go to the xim app it does show wireless connection  it also show the controller wireless connection  and I can see the controller when I move it around

The connection from your XIM NEXUS Controller to your Adapter sounds fine. The issue is that your Adapter is unable to talk to your console controller which is needed to be able to work on your console. That has to be either the cable is faulty or your console controller's USB  port is.
