[RESOLVED] Cannot update Firmware

I cannot update the firmware on the controller or the adapter, I am running Win 10 64 bit, I have tried every port on the computer and on a different computer. the LED is blue, not blinking, and it does not recognize the controller or adapter when I try to update. It does move around on the screen when I have it paired, but it gets stuck in ADS with the Destiny 2 config.

Please help

Welcome to the community. What error are you seeing on your PC? Also, do you have any extra anti-virus installed?

I was able to update the Adapter and controller by restarting the computer and running it as an administrator, as soon as I was able to click on it, before the other programs were up and running. I did disable all antivirus software before I posted the first time.

Ok that's strange. There must be something else installed that is causing it not to work.
