I can't blame them... They are the best and there are a lot of folks  that would love to steal their idea... I found a decent fill in ill post it later... I know it's the latest far cry

They are the best, that doesn't change the fact that a better system needs to be in place, maybe multiple people should try to get the game. I can hold off a little but it really sucks that it's almost the weekend and I can not play this game due to there not being a working ST.

Mist says he is waiting for copies in the mail. Its a sad fact it seems like he is the only one that can do this remedial job as it can't be rocket science.

I am pretty sure a monkey can do this but I guess keeping your eggs in one basket is the way of the xim.

Destiny is working well for me but I have my mouse set at 800 dpi. Seems to work well. Idk why.

XIM 4 Discussions / I need help setting up a toggle config for cars\kill streaks.

My mind is going in circles waiting to get off of work and go home to play some Rainbow 6 and maybe some BO3. I was wondering (because I don't remember and have never set one up) if there is a way to setup a config that would allow me to press a button and hold it and when I let go it returns to my default config? When playing BO3 I have to grab the controller to drive\controll my killstreak device, this is annoying at times. When setting up your killstreak config, what setting do you boost, sensitivity, boost, what? I don't want to go through this when trying to controller the camera car in Rainbow 6, Thanks in advance.

Any recommendations ? I been looking on amazons and there are just too many to just pick one. I'd appreciate some input from the many ximmers. Thanks guys

+1, I would like to see a good\best recommended hub and an hotkey switch device (Numkey, etc..), something that would allow me to switch between multiple profiles......like a car config. .

So I'm trying to come up with a cloud solution for the Xim4 and all I can think of for now is to just make a PowerPoint via Google Drive. Each slide will have a title of the game and the full ST configuration pasted into each slide.

  I accidentally lost all my configs while experimenting with making configs via the PC and it sucked. That is why i am trying to come up with a solution to my problem. I'm sure it wont be a problem again, but just encase im doing this. I'm still not complete with getting all my configs back to the way I want them.

 I figure this is the easiest way to get it back to the way I want. Now to find an easier way to do it. If anyone has any other techniques feel free to comment here.

+1, I created a folder named Xim4, In that folder I create a folder for each game I play and in each folder I have a word document with the full profile copied to it for BackUp.....I have this saved to 2 different Hard Drives.

Knock on wood, I haven't seen any issues. Not even the purple flashes with the new version. Like you i'll wait for something terribly go wrong and hopefully the new version comes out.

It's Friday, BO3 is having Double XP Weekend.......COME ON GUYS, LET'S GET THIS WORKING  .

Just bought a g502 earlier this week.  Been to busy to tweak it.  What are you guys running for dpi? I did some research and it seems the higher the dpi the better with the xim so 12k?  I also read turn the polling rate down to 500 because 1000 is stuttery?

I use a mix of:

12K\500

8K\500

5400\500

I can recommended the curve because it just feels awesome, II would suggest anyone lay it over the top of their regular configuration.

Go for a couple TDM or FFA's and it should just click for you.
Aim is precise but snappy, no weird speed boosts..

I never use macros so I have no idea.  I know that you can save and import/export game profiles, but I'm not sure about the onboard profiles.

The scripts I use are like, I press one button and it opens the menu and select a weapon and goes back to the live game, it's nothing like rapid fire or recoil scripts, just quick ways to access option\quick menus. The profile saves you are talking about are from within the Xim4, I was talking about from within the LGS software.

Like MonkeyStalker, I'm confused as to what the actual question is.  At least, I must be, because it doesn't make sense if I'm reading it right that you want to export a G502 onboard profile that you use with Destiny.

It makes perfect sense, let me explain it a better way. You get 3 profiles with G502, I have 2 configured with scripts that I use for the PC, if I want to try a different setup say 12K\500, I use the LGS software create it and try it. Well I have been playing with curves and would like to try 12k\500, 8000\500 and 5400\1000, being that I do not want to recreate the 2 script profiles over again I was asking if there was a way to backup\export my current profiles, that way I can delete them and import them back in.

I have been using the G502 mouse ever since it came out, I never had a reason to export\backup my profiles, I only really need to do it because of the complex Destiny profile and I need to use that profile slot without having to recreate that profile again. Does the G502 allow export and import of profiles, I am not near my G502 to test it? Thanks in advance.
