I just ordered mine so I don't know but this sometimes helps me when I get something new(computer wise) and it doesn't work.
Uninstall EVERYTHING XIM related and put the entire product back into the box as if you just got it. Reboot your computer once maybe twice. Wait an hour. Do it again. This for some reason fixes the problem. Because 7 times out of 10 its just something your not seeing so you need to take a step back and attack it again with fresh eyes.
