When you use Nexus with reWASD does the right stick GUI physically show movement  when you tilt the controller? If the game sees gyro as coming from controller its essentially mapping  gyo to right stick, right?  This is how DS4 windows functions with reWASD.  Alternatively when using reWASD's  native ability to map gyro to right stick(ps4/5/ pro controller, steam etc), the gyro and right stick function independently but the gyro is not great quality.  Mouse gyro is good but gyro to R stick not so much

This can be done in reWASD (kind of).  They group gyro actions (controller displacement) into zones.  So slightly tilt controller in any direction triggers what ever you want,  even a macro.  You basically have low, mid and high zones.  I use these types of mappings to perform  actions like jump, reload, drop shot etc.  One off type of actions work best.  Grouping zones through magnitude of controller angular displacement feels more intuitive then something like angular velocity or acceleration

When you say "tilt" ae you referring to yaw ?  I assume/ hope yaw is the default way to look around or control x axis?  I find a true tilt motion good for one off actions like  jumping /reloading etc.  Anyway although the controller overlay looks like yaw  not sure this has been mentioned yet?

I play warzone with a dual shock through ds4 windows(gyro to right stick) everyday with aim assist.  The feel is incredible.  You can snap near, not directly on victims and you know what happens next. Timing and controlling camera jitters/ vibration is the major challenge.  Coming up with a balance which is optimal for looking around and shooting is the trick.  Gyro under these conditions doesn't do it all for you but it is a satisfying way to play

XIM NEXUS Discussions / Gyro Sensitivity options

I play with Gyro mapped to R stick using DS4 Windows which works very well as there are many filter options.  There gyro to right stick is very smooth, almost as precise as a true mouse controlled gyro where reWASD suffers a bit in the gyro mapped to R stick department.    Also i like to keep the gyro very sensitive in order to rarely touch the R stick(only for corrections here and there).  Will the Nexus allow for considerable sensitivity and filter adjustability?  With enough practice  it is possible to have the gyro take on nearly all camera functions, even in BRs where there is elevation and tons of angles..

Another possibility is to have multiple shift layers so layer one gyro is very sensitive for looking around with minimal y axis activity to minimize jitters.  Then, you can jump to another mapping layer when you ADS  and need y axis sensitivity to control recoil.
Just curious on your thoughts.  I am a Gyro junkie and cant wait to see how the nexus functions  !! Thanks so much
