Hardware Compatbility / Can anyone confirm macros saved to on board memory work with the Viper Ultimate?

I'm looking to buy a new mouse and it's come down to either the G pro wireless or the viper ultimate (heavily leaning towards the viper). Due to a past injury it's difficult to do more complex actions in games with my left hand so sometimes I'll create macros on my G502 to help out. I know you can save profiles to the viper but can anyone who owns the mouse confirm that macros saved to the memory work when connected to the XiM Apex?

I noticed that the hub has a spot for an AC adapter to be plugged in. Before I order an adapter I was wondering if it's recommended to make the hub powered and if it helps the XiM in some way?

I was just wondering what this means. Whatever profile I have the XiM set to the light does a constant slow pulse which can be distracting if I have the lights off.

XIM 4 Discussions / Weird XiM issue with Halo 5

I'm on the newest firmware and have my Halo 5 1.3 ST set as the default profile that starts when the XiM first turns on and my xbox in energy saving mode. Now the weird thing that's happening is when I first boot up my xb1 and head into a Halo 5 game the aiming feels slightly delayed and aim assist feels stronger. But when I unplug the XiM and plug it back in suddenly it feels almost like a whole different ST and is more responsive but less precise when making small aiming adjustments. Is this something that is known to happen? I don't even know which version is the real ST, the one when first turning the xbox on, or the one when I restart the XiM with the xbox already being on.

I was wondering if anyone with more technical knowledge could tell me which is best for the XiM?

I'm using a G502 mouse at 12,000 DPI and I've seen some say that 500 polling is best but I don't really notice that much of a difference between the two, is there something I'm missing?
