How do I update my Xim4 with SA3? After i download the file i tryed to install it to my xim4 but it just says that my xim4 is up to date.. So what now?

You need to factory default the XIM4 then install the firmware, remember to back up your configurations as well because they will reset. I normally copy the whole configuration code and put it in a new text document

Ok, so when i have factory default the xim4 I just have to install the SA3 right? I don't need to install anything else? What curve are you using as of right now mate?

Back up all your configs(Although my back up was not compatible with SA3 most likely due to me having up to date firmware)
Download XIM4Flash-20160405 firmware which is needed to factory reset the xim4.
Download and flash SA3.

Those are the steps i follow after not being able to flash SA3 directly on top of the new firmware. I will now test in game and report back.

I'm a PC player, but I'm looking to take advantage to AA. With settings below I'm not able to feel AA like I thought I would (not sticky enough) and I'm looking for recommendations please.

Latest Xim4 firmware.
G502 at 12k DPI 500 polling.
Ww2 configuration.
Hip 18 and steady aim checked.
ADS 10 and steady aim checked.
No boost.
No curves of course since I want .
I'm on a PS4 pro.
AA on.
AA slow down on.

What do I need to change in order to get more AA. Flash custom firmware perhaps?

It's a private company... Basically anything can be said and changed at any time. Either wait or buy what's available. I chose the latter since I was tired of waiting and I'm not telling anyone to do the same by any means, you earn your own money so you can do whatever. So far the only complain I have on the venom is the lack of multiple key binds, other than that it does the job. Luckily my current financial situation allows me to explore my options and once the Xim 4 hype dies down and the final product is release I will most likely buy one for the extra features.

The community here is on the defensive and I understand their frustration. Starting threads like this is like going into an apple forum talking about android.

I just hope Xim devs work out their bugs and release a working product for a fair price! In the mean time I will be on that CoD!

I bought the Venom X and currently using my own keyboard and mouse and with the help of GODJOEYS Ghost config as start up point. Performance is excellent, I have not experienced any lag or jitter, even when I used the mouse n wand that came with it.

There is no need to bash on a product just because is not your preferred brand, I have been a XIM customer ever since XIM 1 and I still have all my XIM's, but this time tuact went to work and delivered a perfect solution before anyone else! If waiting is making anyone angry then just get you a venom x and be happy and go get some kills.

The good thing is that this is a competitive market and we have choices! as consumers having choices will only work to our advantage.

I will continue to wait for the xim 4 since they will offer a more keyboard friendly customization solution(binding multiple keys to same command.) But know I know I can fun while I wait!!! if you got the cash go for it is only about 90 dollars anyway.

I ended up buying the Venom X since they announced ps4 support. I will keeping en eye out for the Xim4 release for brand loyalty purposes, plus I have a feeling the Xim 4 will be in the same price range anyway, which is affordable enough to have both!

I can't get it to calibrate. I plugged in my ds3 to usb host and player 1 is not coming on. Im able to flash with 0 problems... Any ideas?

I figured it out I needed the teensy add on... I cant calibrate the remote tho. Nothing happens.

I tried plugging in the teensy to pc and modded ds4 to host shield and nothing. Ive also tried modded ds4 to ps4 and nothing. how do I do it?

Ok, so im done with the wiring however on arduino when I go to select the board I dont see the teensy 3.1 on there? I moved the 2 folders to the libraries what else do I need to do?

yeah, thats exactly what I did.  Which one is RX and RX2 if I put them on top of the other?. Right now I have the Bottom one as RX and the top as RX2.
