I was using the nav, but I upgraded to this combo.

https://www.amazon.com/Mayflash-Magic-NS-Wireless-Controller-Nintendo/dp/B079B5KHWQ (fixes grifta trigger bind)

all wireless and much better. even bought an extra grifta as a spare since they are discontinued.
Thanks for your information. I'm sure someone will give this a try. But, from my knowledge it won't work smoothly with the apex like the Nintendo joy con and sony nav.

I'll clarify, this combo is working "Perfectly" with "No issues" for me for the last 5 months.

I just got my modded panther xl back from steve at https://assassin3dblog.wordpress.com/ I would love to be able to scale the analog stick movement to something usable with my apex without using a 3rd party competitor (titan)

FYI, the latest v4 board works with the xim apex.

The closest thing I've found is an older xbox 360 mod called xilt http://www.xilt.info/xilt_prog.aspx
I would love for the apex to support this via software.

5
Is the source available? I would love to look around at it.

no, I do not mean the deadzone and yes, I do mean the response curve, I am building a custom joystick and I want to be able to adjust the sensitivity.

currently the gate is much to wide when using a full sized joystick in place of a thumbstick.

again, this is not for aiming, it is for sneaking/walking in a game like destiny 2 for example, using a fullsize joystick.

7
how do I adjust the left stick curve? (movement NOT AIM)

I have a joystick plugged into the apex that has an extremely large gate and I would love to be able to use it.

8
i've been watching this, I wish it had an analog thumbstick, then I would be all over it.

9
Will be testing the latest a3d v4 board with xim apex, I'll share the results.

10
I tried to pair it with the xim, no go. it pairs fine to my phone.

I have spoken with Paul and it sounds like all we really need is an adjustment on the XIM side.
Tell him I'd really like the Grifta Duo pack I paid for. He's delivered on none of them to Kickstarter backers.

not gonna happen
https://beta.companieshouse.gov.uk/company/09770934 company no longer exists, I bought 3 of the solo's off amazon for backups and modding. I would love to not have to use the magic-ns to fix the trigger.

Hardware Compatibility / Re: FragFX FragChuck?

I used the pc version of the fragchuck for a while, now it just sits collecting dust after getting the grifta solo.

I prefer it even though I had to use the magic-ns adapter to work around the trigger mapping issue.

The grifta is the best one so far hands down.

I'm currently in the process of modding mine to add 2 buttons on the grip mapped to the top arrow buttons.

Tutorials / Grifta solo button mod

I wanted to move the thumbstck press to a new button.

P.s. the thumbstck still works.

edit: going to remap the top 2 buttons instead...

I bought this originally for the switch but ended up trying it one night with the grifta/apex on xb1 and it fixed the trigger mapping, everything works perfect with this adapter https://www.amazon.com/Magic-Ns-Wireless-Controller-Adapter-Nintendo-Switch/dp/B079B5KHWQ $21

p.s. the grifta is on sale at amazon right now, this combo is the best left-handed wireless controller combo imo.
