Hey OBsIV,

From my understanding of the problem Fortnite will detect left joystick patterns that don't appear to be analog (e.g. 100% stick position instantly). To bypass this, you create a curve to correctly emulate the analog nature of the joystick when you press the key binding. My question is, have you thought about implementing the same bypass for the Left and Right analog triggers as well to avoid future detection algorithms? Also, have you thought about creating an option to toggle the bypass on in only game profiles that require it?

I agree. I also think there should be stricter laws regarding username/password combinations in general as so many people use the same combination for multiple websites.

I guess we've kind of seen this with websites accepting facebook and google accounts for logging in via an API.

I don't agree with regulating user behavior. If a user makes a stupid password, that's on him. There shouldn't be some kind of laws or penalties for creating a stupid password.

Also, using your Google/Facebook logins on websites is pretty safe because the website never sees your password. You get a login form hosted by Google/Facebook and they perform the authentication and then pass back a token to the website you're trying to login to. That token allows the website to retrieve things like your name and whatnot but not highly secure info like passwords.

Well, what about a policy regarding the storage of usernames/passwords. What about websites truncating user's passwords where brute force attack would be feasible? Shouldn't more websites have a policy which forces users to choose passwords that are "strong"?

Yes, I wonder if this trend will continue and more universal accounts. But I guess that brings up the question of user privacy. I know facebook's privacy policy is pretty horrendous.

Also, with universal accounts phishing schemes become more dangerous as your storing all your assets in one spot as it were.

hi all i was looking for some help regarding  farcry 3.has anyone used a xim 3 to play any of the far crys on.iam looking for the best config that will able me to play before a official config is out

FarCry 2, due to technical limitations does not have a smart translator created for it. Let us hope that FarCry 3's look mechanics are better.

This game just came out in EU regions and isn't available in NA until the 4th. I'd suggest comparing the look mechanics and modifying an existing translator that behaves in the same way.

Yeah, people need to be better educated about not putting in personal info unless they see they're on HTTPS.

Though with new, stricter PCI Compliance requirements in place, e-commerce sites missing SSL should be fewer and farther between as time goes on.

Even if you have a illegitimate copy you won't get banned as long as the game is available to purchase in stores some ware and you create your backup correctly (ABGX&LT+Max).

Not that I endorse piracy or anything... Just sayin'.

I am looking forward for this game. I remember when FC came out and it was mind blowing. Then FC2 came along and it was mediocre to say the least. From what I've read in reviews FC3 is a very good game and fixes a lot of the problems in FC2.

Yes it's just the scroll-up/scroll-down that doesn't work. Scroll-click works fine and so do the two buttons on the side (forward and backward).

My cat recently chewed up my old Logitech MX518 so I broke out my spare gaming mouse which I got for free with my laptop.
