So the xim only supports X,Y - No Z ??

Tried all of the above. NOTHING works!

Now. Obsiv. X,Y Axis work? But no rotation??

Why is it an approved Xim attatchment if its NOT fully supported? Kinda misleading in my opinion. Lol

I guess I'll just bust out my C++ and do some macros and get one of my good mates to make a program of my own.

Excuse me!!!!

Acting like I paid for the product???

Would you like me to send you a copy of the XIMEDGE purchase receipt?? Would you like me to send you proof of me purchasing it with MY bank account?!?!?
Your false judgement astounds me, yet your field of "Expertise" makes me shake my head!
If I figure this out myself. Then I paid for a product that fails to give etiquette support!

Why build something if you haven't covered all fields of the software and attachments?!?!?

1- If I'm one of the very few that use joysticks, Why even waste your time testing the joysticks? Better yet. Why do all the testing. Then confirming it as "usable" and not supplying "understandable" info?!?

If I end up fixing it myself. Maybe I should apply for a job with NASA as a rocket scientist!

Someone posted a topic similar to this one back in 2011 and yet got no response... You were saying???

I'm not ranting btw. If I was "mad" or "upset", I'd ring my bank and get them to do a refund on the Xim & I'd send it back.

Two long weeks I've been asking and asking and asking people on here about WHAT are the bindings on a Logitech attack 3 joystick for X,Y rotations in battlefield 3, So i can fly jets. NO ONE Replys!!!! And I'm clearly not the only one that's asked about this. And they've been given NO response. Lets hope a little "Consumer respect" Gets handed out and this doesn't see the same fate as the other people that have posted similar issues to mine.

I've looked literally EVERYWHERE on this @#$% website. and NOTHING has caught my eye.

(Apparently XimEdge is compatible with this particular joystick. BUT, lacks in the support around the AXIS ROTATION of the joystick) All I'm seeing is "Vertical and horizontal axis" support.

Can someone PLEASE, just help me out with a list of Binding codes so I can use my joystick and the hardware that I purchased from THIS ^^^^^ Company.

I'm trying to setup my logitech attack 3 joystick through xemulate. But I'm getting confused with the binding.

I want to setup the joystick, so I can use it to fly jets and choppers in bf3.

How do I setup the joystick Rotation axis in battlefield 3 for jets?

Okay. So when I run xemulate. It shows a box with my Xbox controller setup in the top left. What do I have to do to bind the joystick with xemulate via the Xbox controller?

Thanks for the info :)

Just another question. When I plug the easy transfer cable into my Xim. What port is correct? (Left, Middle, Right) ??

Okay thanks.
I'll try all the above & ill get back to you.

Do I still have to use the easy transfer cable when running Xemulate, or should it be fine on its own?

I tried both sides.

Also, When I've setup the configs in Ximcommander and I click save. Why in the hell do I get an error message saying "Xim-hardware_not-found" and then my desktop freezes up and the cursor disappears?!?!?

I've tried the above & it doesn't work. :/

I've tried Ximcommander. But every time I click "save" it shows up an error message saying that it couldn't find xim hardware & then it freezes up :(

My question is very specific... As it should be.

Well "xEmulate" I've hit a dead-end with & Ximcommander is the same :/

I've figured out a way to setup the joystick configs/buttons in-game. But I haven't figured out a way to configure the actual joystick itself, so I can barrel roll in jets and fly choppers etc :/ that's my main problem.

Technical Support / XimCommander + Joystick Setup support.

Hey all.
I brought the ximedge just over two months ago, so I'm basically a noob. I brought it To play bf3 on 360. Up until now, I've been using a Logitech G400 mouse & a Microsoft Sidewinder K/board.

Now. Recently, I decided to get a Logitech attack 3 joystick so I can fly jets and choppers.
My only problem is.

I don't know how or what steps I need to go through to get all of the configs to work with my ximcommander

So can someone please help me out with a step by step guide??

What I have;
Logitech Attack 3 Joystick
Belkin Easy transfer cable win 7

Your help us much appreciated :)
