Hello. I bought a xim apex almost 2 years ago that I had a problem with it happens. Does anyone know if there is any technical assistance in São Paulo in Brazil? The xim apex USB input took off the solder points, I went to an electronics store and paid for a technician to redo the solder points, but now the Xim Apex no longer works. Thanks

Olá. Eu comprei um xim apex a quase 2 anos acontece que eu tive um problema com ele. Alguém sabe dizer se existe alguma assitência técnica em São Paulo no Brasil ? A entrada USB do meu xim apex descolou os pontos de solda, fui em uma loja de eletrônicos e paguei para o técnico refazer os pontos de solda, só que agora o Xim Apex não funciona mais.

I connect my Xim to the PC by holding the button, it turns blue but the PC does not recognize. I get the following message.  "Device the USB not recognized. the last device connected to this computer malfunctioned and windows does not recognize it."

I have a problem with my apex xim, I turn it on my xbox series S console. It turns on normally turn on all the lights, after that I connect the mouse, keyboard and joystick, they all light up normally too. It turns out that after that I click on the keyboard and mouse but I have no answer, I did everything. I connected the xim on the PC to update it and the PC does not recognize the Xim, is there any kind of technical assistance xim ?
