sorry i have tried factory resetting it but it wont turn blue when i plug it into my computer either ,and it is a new one

when i follow the steps of the strat up video instead of my light flashing and turning green it goes straight to white i tried it without anything attached and it did the same, i tried toreset it but it couldnt connect and stayed white when plugged into my computer
