Dpi 3200 mouse 500hz Xim 250hz

Which config should i use
3200/500
3200/250

And should i adjust my sensitivity accourding to xim or mouse polling rate

I recently Bought
* PS5
* Xim Apex
* Nacon Compact Controller

and i have regular Keyboard and a 125hz mouse

and my budget is suffering So I Need the Most affordable Keyboard and Mouse (1000hz)
