Hello. I just received the XIM apex for my sons Xbox one s. We followed the directions like in the video on the website and worked. After turning it off once and restarting, now it does not work. We retried the setup like we did the first time and still nothing. On the app it is connected via Bluetooth but on the Xbox there is no communication. Plus, after this our keyboard doesn’t work after we disconnect it from the apex hub. We tried to connect directly to the Xbox like before and nothing and the mouse too. But that lights up but just doesnt respond anymore? Completely lost and not happy with this xim, yet. Thanks.
