I downloaded the beta firmware and manager and the problem is still happening. Both with a series 1 and 2 elite controller on the Xbox one X.

After looking through other threads I want to add that my controller was not connected to the xim during the update.

For the last week or so my xim apex has been practically unusable. Everything starts up fine, but as soon as I make any input my console starts glitching and opening the recording tab to the point that I have to completely unplug my Xbox for it to unfreeze/start again. Iíve factory reset and updated the firmware to the latest beta update for the series controllers because I have an elite controller 2 and itís still happening.

Yeah, exactly. Even when running through a non xim brand hub. The light on the hub appears, and I can charge my controller, but it seems like no date is being sent. The keyboard nor mouse have any power to them, and the mouse is wireless and Iíve been using the same keyboard for the past two years so I couldnít imagine why it would stop working with the xim all of a sudden.

Yeah, I did buy from the XIM website, and yes the email accounts are the same.

How would I find the RMA number? Iíll also send a video attachment when I send the RMA.

Ok, I apologize for taking so long to get back here, but no, when I plugged my XIM into my pc it still wouldnít send any kind of power to my mouse or keyboard.

Not long ago I made a post inquiring about my XIM Apex not sending power to my mouse and keyboard while plugged in to the hub. I have tried ALL tips on getting it to work and nothing has been effective. I was told by a mod/admin to make a repair request and I did. I sent it out and was told by the support operator that my xim was being tested and nothing was found wrong. I can provide video evidence that my XIM is still not working, but I just donít know what else to do at this point.
Hardware:
Xbox One X
Xbox elite controller with provided charging cable
HyperX Alloy FPS pro
Logitech G305

Thanks for the quick reply. Iíve tried it on every port on the consul already, and nothing is working so I imagine that I will have to request for repair. OK. No, they did not show up even if plugged in separately. Also, no the four green lights didnít ever turn on.

Ok. As of yesterday, I bought a new cord for my controller. The hub is still receiving power from the XIM, but the mouse and keyboard are still not receiving power. Today I bought a new hub, and tried it with the XIM but it still was not working. I have tried everything that has been suggested in other threads but itís still not working. What should I do now?
