I cannot comment on the server tick rate, but the aim assist is just as strong as ever. After reading the first post in this thread I decided to immediately fire up blackout. I hadn't played in nearly a week. The first thing I noticed sitting in the waiting lobby was my crosshairs getting stuck to various players as they ran by. Later, immediately after landing, I hip fired 2 guys with a shotgun; barely having to put any effort into aiming. Moments later I heard footsteps behind me coming from the hill above me but I didn't see anyone. As I was surveying the hillside I suddenly felt my crosshairs lock on to a target. I couldn't see the target, but I knew I was locked on so I sprayed, killing my enemy even before I could see him in the thick brush. I killed 3 more people and then some guy with an ICR melted me and I turned the game off. Now I'm here writing this. Have a good night.

I tried it. They increased the sensitivity to 20, but they didn't increase the turn speed. XIM apex flashes with every movement.

I also tried it and I can confirm that the Max turn speed has been increased and it's really nice now.

Does your XIM flash with every movement? I don't use a curve currently.

I know the warface profile is not out yet but surely there is a game that has warface like game controllers on xim apex? Appreciate everyone’s help

Does war face support native m/k yet? It's suppose to be the first. You'd have to download the beta software in the Xbox insider program, I think.

8k dpi 1000hz 480+ sens still feels super slow.

In my opinion, XIM does not work very well with pubg because pubg has a very slow max turn speed. Notice that your XIM is flashing red with any mouse movement? That's because your mouse is exceeding the max turn speed of the game and, when that happens, your mouse input drops to 0, so there is no movement of your crosshair on the screen. My only suggestion would be to max sure aim acceleration is turned on (I have it set to 1), get use to making finer mouse movements (you cannot really flick in pubg because of the aforementioned slow turn speed)) and try the pts. They increased the sensitivities up to 20 on the pts.

See I dont understand how that works, how can it be more sensitive but turns at the same speed?

Also, from an XIM design perspective, I don't know why the movement speed of the mouse drops to 0 if you turn too fast. I would have instead designed the XIM apex to make it so any mouse movement over the game's max turn speed = the game's max turn speed.

I kind of feel like any decent hit scan dps player in diamond or beyond is using a XIM. I just find it hard to believe there are many controller players with 50%+ accuracy with 20% crit accuracy on mccree and widow.

Anyone have success with scope micro movements yet?

@mist, any plans to let XIM users train games if they want to? Considering pubg is pretty much the only game I play, I'd probably be willing to train pubg in ads mode even if took me a week to train it.

Defiance 2050 and Vigor (currently in beta on Xbox) would be cool additions to the XIM apex library.

The buttons to bring it up are LB+RB I think. You probably have them double bound somewhere. This hasn't happened to me

Initially I thought that too. But I've checked everything, even made a completely new fresh profile. Same @#$% happened last night on the last 1v1. There's posts on the bug report pages of PUBG Xbox as well.

It happens immediately after you ADS and hold breath. (Type A).

These are my primary bindings:
Hold Breath LB: Caps Lock
Camera/Look RB: L Alt

Secondary:
LB: O
RB: P

Both of those secondaries are bound to my mouse left and right (scroll left/right).

So I don't understand how it's triggering the emote, since it happens with just clicking RMB then hold breath. Bam, emote pops up. Best part is, that it doesn't happen all the time. It's completely random.

This happens to me a lot, and when I consume something, like pain pills, my camera gets stuck like I'm holding RB.

Aim Accel 0 is broken though. Aim Accel 0 setting in game features slight aim accel on hip and zero aim accel on ADS. And mist can only train the ST on hip. We would end up with a inconsistent/non linear ADS config on the ST.

Is it really like this? Maybe that's what throwing everyone off and why they keep going back and forth between 1 & 0 for aim acceleration. Why do devs make things unnecessarily complicated?

He is correct. Setting aim acceleration to 0 only affects ads. There is still acceleration when hip firing when you move the thumb stick about 50% of its max distance from center.

Its probably impractical, but maybe train it with AA set to 0 and train it again with AA set to 1. I think most people use either 0 or 1. I know a guy above said he uses AA set to 10, but I think he might be an outlier. Who knows, maybe the game doesn't need to be retrained, heh.

What I don't fully understand is the blinking red lights on the apex. If you set the in game general sentivity to 10 and you use a controller you can spin around in a circle at a ridiculous speed, but if you barely touch the mouse the lights flash. It doesn't feel like I'm approaching the turn speed limit at all, but the apex still flashes.

Pubg's ST was made early on with aim acceleration turned on. Any plans to revisit pubg with aim acceleration turned off?
