XIM APEX Discussions / Hub Voltage
« on: 02:28 AM - 04/07/18 »
What is the recommended voltage for a power supply to the Xim Apex hub? Seems like i fried the one i have currently after plugging in a 7v power supply. Everything just shut off and my Xim Apex started flashing red and yellow.

All right, I figured out what went wrong in my setup.

If you follow redacted video step by step, you are setting up a "mouse with special features" (Mark's Script TitanTwo).

Be sure to setup on GTuner, at Device Configuration Tab, Output Protocol = USB Multi Interface HID

Then you have to connect everything exactly as follows:

This setup is a Power-Failure-Proof (Recommended) if you use more than one mouse for your other games.

Not sure why but my mouse isn't being recognized by xim apex, I'm able to cycle through 1-3 on titan (red lights on it) but thats it. Any ideas?

Just want to thank OBsIV any everyone that was involved in getting the Apex to us as well as dealing with the lack of patience with some of us in the community. For the people that don't have it yet, be patient. Its worth it!

just got the email that it is ready to ship

Same here. It does say "Due to high demand, please allow up to 3 business days for order processing." so worst case we won't get it shipped until Monday and then depending on what shipment method you picked will determine when you get the Apex in the mail.

Nup, it's the server. Too many concurrent connections.

I GOT IT!!! well i was charged lol fingers crossed.

There are simply too many people trying to order at the same time and it's overloaded the server.

A little patience and persistence is required. Try not to mash the refresh button - when everyone's doing it that's what's screwing the server over.

After putting my info in and submitting it, a blank white box comes up with nothing in it. I close it and its as if i didn't hit submit. Maybe my internet browser?

XIM APEX Discussions / Quick Question

I have the Logitech 910 and the Logitech G Pro in my Amazon cart. Anyone that has had time played on the Apex have any other kb/m that would work better with the Apex or should I pull the trigger on these two items?

I've legit had this forum and the XIM store open on two different taps since December lol. "Yes, the danger must be growing, For the rowers keep on rowing, And they’re certainly not showing, Any signs that they are slowing!"

Is Smite supported on the app?

XIM APEX Discussions / List of compatibility?
« on: 07:27 PM - 01/10/18 »
Do we have a list of compatible mice and keyboards?

Why even sell to third party "business's"? I could almost guarantee that the people on the forums alone will buy you out. I think loyalty to the brand deserves more of a chance to get a XIM APEX and the third party "business's" should get remainder of the sales if there are any.

XIM APEX Discussions / Re: Question about wait list.
« on: 08:58 AM - 01/10/18 »
Will it also be " out of stock " all the time  :'( ?

"Everything about the hardware and manufacturing process has been optimized. What took minutes for XIM4 to manufacture now takes seconds for XIM APEX."

"The batch quantities we are going with now are 10 times larger than when we launched XIM4."

Even if they are out of stock, witch I'm sure is going to be the case, it won't be a crazy wait like before.

Welcome to the community. Everything about the hardware and manufacturing process has been optimized. What took minutes for XIM4 to manufacture now takes seconds for XIM APEX. The batch quantities we are going with now are 10 times larger than when we launched XIM4. It's my hope that we don't run into any supply problems, but, our distributors keep surprising us with larger and larger orders. I never thought when I started this project that we would have reached this size. It's pretty amazing actually. :)

This is great news. Thank you for taking time to respond. Can't wait for the APEX!
