Lately 1000 Hz. Try both 500 and 1000, whichever is more comfortable for you personally is the right one.

Try RML's settings. A lot of people have been having success with those.

I switched to sync off yesterday and it felt better overall. More responsive to movements. Idk, it's pretty close to Common but I'm trying off sync for a while.

Create a new game config the Fortnite from scratch. Sounds like something simple got overlooked.

This seemed to work for me. Made a new config and aiming down sight felt much better.

I'll try the same later today.

I just picked up Fortnite again after a couple weeks of not playing, and I'm using the exact same settings as I was before. There seems to be an acceleration problem. Played 1 game in disco mode.

Then I backed out and headed to Playground mode. Perfectly smooth. I wonder if it has to do with something they changed within game modes?

Hey RML,
Thanks for the settings, they feel great already.

Question for you - do you use a separate sens and curve for multiplayer vs. blackout mode? Do you have any recommendations there?

I understand in multiplayer there will be a lot more close encounters so adjustments could be necessary.

Any settings in particular that are working better for multiplayer vs. blackout for you so far?

Initial feedback:

Played two matches of 50v50 squads. So far, so good. It feels nearly identical to the previous (most up to date) firmware.

Haven't gotten kicked so far.

If anything, the sensitivity might feel a little bit higher, but aiming hasn't changed much.

You support team should get some rest. You've been working around the clock on this. Get some sleep and check on things tomorrow :P

XIM APEX Discussions / Re: Fortnite detecting my Xim Apex?
« on: 09:59 PM - 10/11/18 »
I have a couple of questions.

1. Would anyone here really be opposed to still using their XIM and playing in PC lobbies? I'm sure as hell not. PC players are way better though with better graphics settings, but it's more of a level playing field.

2. Have people been getting kicked from Solo matches? Or have they been getting put into PC lobbies instead? Not sure if there's a way to tell. If they're able to detect XIM, Epic will definitely need to figure out a way to put XIM users with PC lobbies, instead of having to plug in native M+K, unplug it, and plug in XIM.

I for one am willing to play in PC lobbies still using my XIM, but I'm not willing to go through the hassle of switching out input devices every single damned match.

Also, I don't like native m+k controls. I've gotten so used to building with builder pro + my mouse. There is no way to replicate this with native controls. I've gotten so used to this combination that I don't think I can unlearn it.

Same, got kicked on my 4th game.

The config can be copy and pasted over.

AA on

X and Y unchanged
Can you confirm whether you're using Common or Default sync? The copy and paste over shows Common, but before the update Default was amazing. Any comments on Default post update?

Played a little in playgrounds against randoms with these, felt weird at first, I think I noefeel the difference in having no ads so you donít slow down your ramp turning, ads does feel a lot more free and fast which Iíll have to get used to but Iím definitely going to give the settings a decent try as they donít feel bad

Good to hear, feel free to update me on your findings.

Here is my new config after the update:

I've found it's excellent on hipfire and reduces jitter on ADS quite a bit. There's also a curve in there to deal with acceleration issues.

Hey there, I made a topic with a config you might want to try (especially if you're a high sens player).

If you have any questions, feel free to reply or message me.
