after playing with mjfame's settings for a day i gotta say, it is a superior version of disable's settings, i never changed disable's settings since it got released due to it being very good, however after using this new confg and geeting back to disable's i had no idea how i was playing with it, the aim assist is so sticky and i keep fighting it more than i can admit to especially against high ranked players and try hards, but with those new settings i have no problem lasering ppl with very good strafe.

anyway that is the hip curve and ads if you want to try it out.

So, after making a back-up of my current ST and replacing the old one, should i see two ST's when choosing the game, in my case Apex Legends? example: Apex Legends and Apex Legends (original), just like in the video. Or do you just see one game? Im wondering how i can check if i followed the steps correctly.

if instructions are followed correctly, you will find one st only which is the old one, once you create it you can tap on the middle picture of the st and the version number of the st will show, which should be 4.1, keep in mind if you want the newer version 4.2 you have to create a new apex legends st using your phone manager, if you want 4.1 create it the st through your pc.

so basically create st using your pc once it has the number 4.1, plug it back to your console and edit it as much as you want.

if anyone interested in trying mjfame's settings just change your dpi to 800 and polling rate to 1000 and use these settings, and change the key  bindings to yours.

currently i'm trying mjfame's settings, and i gotta say it is very good, i'm lasering ppl with it, but i can't tell which is better his or disable's, gonna test more.

btw i'm using st 4.1 plus the curve is 60 for hip and 76 for ads.

dpi 800 and 1000 polling. 7/7 sens, 20 smoothing, and sync off, so basically mjfame's exact settings.

the only issue i found with mjfame's settings is cqc, it feels loose sometimes, i think that is because it has less aim assist. idk

Havnt played in a few days but nothing really working for me as it stands

i don't know about you guys, but disable's og settings are consistent for me, having a kd of 4.64, and playing since season 1, perhaps it is about the servers you're playing at? mine is consistent with 80-90 ping, so try to play at one server and stick with it for consistency. other than that i don't know.

can you erm post them here or something. definetely want to try out more settings. also st v1 or v2?

i used 4k dpi and 250 polling, and tried 16k dpi and 500 polling and noticed no difference, so use what ever you like, you should be able to laser with these settings.
apex legends st 4.1.
btw just stick to one settings and stop changing them every day, build your muscle memory accept that and don't confuse yourself.

Thanks for your reply. One last question- if I post one of my old apex full configs am I right in thinking that someone couldn’t just copy/paste it into their xim? (Without doing what was said in the tutorial video above?

they will just copy the settings you are using like curve.. sens.. sync.. buttons remap.. etc however the feeling in the game will be didderent due to st difference, especially aim assist interaction between version 4.2 and 4.1 so yeah they have to use the same st to have the same experience as you are.

I’ve got 2 files that seem older,  but I could be wrong, or they could be useless LOL
They’re 20190904-203334 and 20191207-100218

if you want to upload both to a filehoster, so far no one confirmed that the one i added to the first post contains the old ST. Its quite likely but i havent tested it myself. Some users wrote in a different topic that it worked for them but thats about it.

How can we tell? Is it the ‘ApexL P4-1’ that pops up when you tap it? If that’s the case, could I have just posted an old Apex legends st I use as a ballistic curve library straight in here?

yea if 4.1 pops up when you tap jt, then yes it is the old st, if it is 4.2 then it's the newer version.

I did try it, if you want to add deadzone add 2/3 ticks max. But guys at the moment I have switched back to the old apex st as I got my hands on it. Now I'm back to my old config which was D1sables where I got my 20kill and 4k badge. Can definitely say it still works, just regret having of updated the st and playing on the new one for so long. If anyone wants to know which config I'm using its the one he posted with The original apex st at 4000DPI 500HZ AND 250HZ. (WILL ONLY WORK ON ORIGINAL APEX ST)

First post in this. Ignore the reply saying it don't work, a dev for XIM updated the link with his own file and I can verify it works. Use the YouTube tutorial as a guide how to do it. Ps I saw your message just now, thought I'd post it here so more of you can see

It's all about the ping.

0 - 10 = Extraordinary game play (Aim Assist is a non issue, works perfectly)
10 - 30 = Above average game play (Aim Assist is rarely an issue)
30 - 50 = Average gameplay (Aim Assist can be problematic without higher sensitivity values)
50 - 100 = Inconsistent game play (Aim Assist is as much a gift as a curse, very unpredictable - Time to buy yourself a Netduma router).

honestly, from someone who lives in an area where the closest dedicated server is about 90ms, i highly agree, aim assist is a curse for me most of the time but i got used to this curse. however when i play a private lobby with bots in cod for example, aim assist is not an issue at all and it helps you more than it hurts you.

Played once to test, felt fine to me.

i know, it is annoying when each update there are people claiming something is changed and they keep asking mist to do a test and delaying STs for other games...etc.
i mean i haven't notice a single thing before or after the update, the look mechanics is the same.
