when i got my fk1 i changed it to left-handed mode (which is similar to setting Hz) i had the same question.
im constantly changing between pc and xim4 and it seems once you have your settings saved it dousnt reset when plugging and unpluging between devices.  :)

Zowie fk1!!!!!

if you have a look at the fk1 and think its too big they make a smaller model called the fk2

it should tell you how it is done on the packaging, or at least that's what it did for my fk1

FK1!!! but seriously this mouse is good, don't know why it isnt in the hardware compatibility list   :'(
if your worried about sensors it has a avago 3310 which is one of the best optical sensors,

just tested it out on some halo mcc because they brought in the infection game type. no issues at all with left handed mode. all buttons work like you said but the scroll wheel which isn't any problem.

someone needs to go and add this to the hardware compatibility list  ;D

the only time ive ever used the scroll wheel in gaming is for bhoping in csgo  ;D

i got the mouse the other day  ;D
haven't used it on the xim4 yet but i must say this mouse is AMAZING.
its incredibly comfortable and the avago 3310 is sooooo accurate. and because its ambidextrous i can use the dam thing :)

sweet. considering its zowie and they dont have software for there mice i think leftie mode will probably work. thanks for the confirmation :)

ive ordered myself a Zowie Fk1 for my PC mainly and hopefully some xim4 action but i noticed that it isn't supported in the hardware compatibility list, some people on these forums have mentioned it working but im not too sure if it will do the same in left-handed mode (lefties ftw). if anyone has this mouse or has knowledge of it working it would be awesome to hear from you.

thanks in advance :)

most of it is up to personal preference. hard mouse pads are usually better for a mouse with a laser sensor but the mouse feet usually wear out a fair bit quicker.

the link talks about the Microsoft service agreement which will only apply to products owned by Microsoft so most people who are concerned about this haven't got to worry unless there pirating something owned by Microsoft :)

The xim4 is recognized as a controller im pretty sure so no need to worry my friend

that has fixed the problem with the nexus 6 which has helped alot guys thanks :)

ive got the one that has (**LATEST**) after the numbers 20141114 idk if thats beta or not

Hardware Compatibility / xim4 wont connect to anything?
« on: 02:30 AM - 08/15/15 »
ive had no issues with the xim4 before but i updated to windows 10 recently and i went to connect my xim4 to xim4 manager and it couldn't find my xim4 so i pressed the p button on the xim4 it would go light blue then green and then back to the colour of the first game in my xim4 list. it does this really quickly and i cant find it through the Bluetooth on my pc.
i have the latest firmware alwell
also i cant connect to it with my nexus 6 and never have been able to
how do i fix this (mainly the nexus 6 bit)
thanks in advance :)

still cant get windows 10 to find xim4 through Bluetooth but im pretty sure i have updated all my drivers if that had anything to do with it.
nexus 6 could find the xim4 on Bluetooth but when connecting to the xim4 though xim4 manager it has the xim symbol spinning around and it sais its connecting ... the xim4 has white lights so i guess its just transferring something idk but its been doing it for some time now.
