I played with sensitivity of 60 hip and 52 ads and it still doesn't feel like it sensitive . I have read people keeping 10 ads or less than 20 . is this normal ??

Whenever issue happened I stopped using XIM and just picked up my controller . but yes when Issue happened I was able to move even at zero sensitivityTo the best of my knowledge, it is not possible to set Sensitivity to 0 and still be able to turn.
You can't. When it's zero, movement stops.
Oneirophrenia, when the issue isn't happening, if you set your Sensitivity to 0, you can no longer aim, correct?
Going all the way up to 500 only the minor adjustment are sensitive where major movements doesn't seem to be affected . it doesn't feel like it got 5 time more sensitive than 100 . even at 500 it doesn't feel its 500 times sensitive .Ah, I see. Well, it's unfortunate that you cannot run the test right now, but if you are unable to get to your PS4, then you also cannot play games, so at least you aren't losing any gaming time while we wait for a chance to try my tests. So I am doing the test you asked about . so I have done 1,5,10,25 , 100 & 250 ( now ) . I do not see any difference between 100 and 250 . I will do 500 and send the trace log
We tend to answer support from 12 to 16 hours a day, all week long, depending on my and OBsIV's schedules on a given day. When you have time to get back to your PS4, please run that simple test and report back. We shouldn't take too long to respond to you. Thanks!

Yes as I mentioned to OBsIV in email that I have school on weekend so I do not get time to run the test.Yes once it becomes too sensitive and if I take hip and ads sensitive to 0 still it doesn't change anything .
Something here doesn't make sense.
I know you can change your configuration, because you said the lights change color when you change that setting. I also know that when the configuration is updated, the entire configuration is written, due to the way flash memory works. If you can write anything, it's writing everything. So I know when you change Sensitivity, it gets updated on the XIM.
Thing is, the mouse motion is simply multiplied by the Sensitivity setting. If you set Sensitivity to 0, that makes all effective mouse movements nil. It's simple math: 0*(anything, anything) = (0, 0). And yet you say it's still too sensitive.
Is there some reason why you're refusing to run the test I asked you to run?
Yes once it becomes too sensitive and if I take hip and ads sensitive to 0 still it doesn't change anything .One or two games were fine and after that everything is extremely sensitive. I tried to reduce sensitive of HIP and ADS but its totally unplayable .
At some point I played with 0 sensitive with hip and Ads but same , i can barely aim at someone.
I was reviewing the report and saw this in your original post. Do I understand this right?
You set Sensitivity to 0 in XIM4 Manager and it was still too sensitive?
The only thing I can think of that would explain something like this given all we are hearing is if XIM suddenly started polling your mouse slower. But, I looked through your traces again and XIM4 never doesn't poll it at 1000Hz.But my mouse is set at 1000 hz.
Do you have absolutely no way to try this with a different mouse (i.e. borrow one)? It would help a lot to know where to focus given that all signs we are seeing right now point to your XIM4 working without any issues.
This might be the last question I can think of to ask.First time happened . I thought I might have the older version of bf4 st , so I followed the instruction from thread on updated bf4 st and made sure I have the new one .
Just to confirm: When sensitivity is wrong, does adjusting either Hip or ADS sensitivity to 500 or 0 make any difference to the behavior? Basically, make both of the biggest changes possible, to both settings, and see if you can affect the behavior at all.
I'm asking because I'm not sure if you meant that it makes too little difference, or none at all. If it literally makes no difference at all, but you can change the LED color successfully, then I think something must be wrong with the XIM4. It may have a bad page of flash memory, or RAM, for instance. I'd need OBsIV to diagnose that, but first I need to know if that's what's happening.
Yes, I'm confused too. Everything as far as XIM4 looks completely in order (including the trace log).1 st day it happened after 2 rounds of conquest . 2 nd day I guess after 30 mins or so .
How long do you play before you feel the sensitivity permanently jump?
Okay, thanks for confirming that. I'm just trying to be thorough, since I'm honestly a little baffled about what could be producing the symptoms you see. This is new mouse I just bought a day before xim4 . but I will check for anything thing in the sensor .
I don't think this is it, but have you checked the sensor on your mouse for fluff? That might cause slowdowns, thought you did say it also became too sensitive.
Hmm.
Did I understand you correctly? When your input sensitivity seems to be wrong, you don't see any apparent change from modifying the XIM4 sensitivity? If so:
The next time it's screwed up, I'd ask you to confirm that you're able to change the config. Modify the config's color and see if it changes the LEDs.
