Release Candidates / GTA V not appearing on ST list

i updated my xim at a friends house and the new ST worked just fine. i am now home and my xim would not connect so i reser factory settings and tried to setup the GTA V St but it is not in the list. i have no idea what up.

played it with the ST over the weekend much much better than the standard config i had set up. Guns are now alot more fun to use!

anyone else going to be moving over to sony for the next gen?

im keeping my fingers crossed for a firmware update to make my xim3 work on  PS4. how ever if get the feeling there will be more chance of this happening on the xim edge. i know we will not know untill the new consoles are out, im just speculating based on nothing:)

just back from a week away from home.downloaded the new Bf3 patch. aiming feels differnt tho i cant be 100% on this because i have not played xbox in a few weeks and it could just me being a little rusty.

just got this game today, i noticed on the ST list says syndicate is in progress witch is awesome. this game give the user control of how much acceleration is used. reckon it will probobly work out good with xim.

just noticed there is a patch for Bf3 its downloading now i will let u know if it changes much with the look mechanics of the game.

anyone else got this and tested it?

aiming seems the same. they claim to have fixed the input lag.

this is a post i posted on the xim 3 configs board

firstly in the game options controls put both x and y axis to max i put auto aim on as im never gonna get black ops like control in this game. next go to advanced controls and check "lock sight" this stops the sight snaping to the centre when in hip fire.

for fine aiming your gonna need to use the control as it still used to old n64 system.

anyway here is my settings

translator = standard
deadzone 10750 and square
sens = 7.00(what ever u like)
accel = -0.25
x-y ratio = 2.50
smoothness = 5
diag damp = 0

if someone could use the xim2 deadzone finder on this it would be awesome.

smoothness = 10

work pretty good when running and gunning. if anyone refines the config plese post.

do think it would be a good idea if OBsIV either outsorced people purely for making new ST's. or maybe even sharing the software/tech with a few long term trusted mods here to do the same alot of the guys on here seem to be really tech savy and reckon would be into it. if xim becomes as huge as it deserves to be i can see OBsIV spending months on end just making STs.

XIM 3 Discussions / g500 makes such a massive differnce

i picked up my g500 mouse today from the post office and i cant belive how much of a massive improvment it has made to playin on my xim. using my new mouse and the boost setting in the new firmware  i can now get the turning i have been looking for super quick spins with no aid from the movment keys. i would now give xim3 a very solid 9/10.
