I’m in my xim app and I press my keyboard to allow me to move and it’s not even picking up that I’m pressing the keys I have a ducky 1 two mini it pops up that I have my mouse and my keyboard attached to my xim app but when I press buttons it doesn’t pick them up

Hello I was wondering how to fix my xim apex I’ve played for about a year with it I plugged it in recently and it doesn’t do the right commands I press w on my keyboard and it starts to record on my Xbox and turn on a text to speech my xim is updated to the recent firmware and everything I just don’t know what else to do
