XIM Link / Diablo 3 script
« on: 09:20 PM - 05/30/19 »
This is not really a script to use controls like PC, but more of a QoL script that is similar to the NumLock trick that is used on the PC version of Diablo 3. Someone that has has better AHK skills then me could make this into a single script, but when I tried it would bug out on me so I made each key individually. For those that don't know what NumLock is in D3 it's just a way to press key/button over and over. All I did is setup a basic Console Controller Crossover Profile and deleted all the key settings to start fresh then made each key set to what is below. Then run the script. Now depending on the class you play, some keys can be pressed repeated and you never need to press them and still use your controller. I know this is a old @#$% game but I still enjoy playing it. :P

XIM Link / Cycle through Fortnite emotes
« on: 04:34 PM - 05/01/18 »
Not sure how to explain this but would it be possible to have a script to simplify how you select an emote? With the new season 4 update you can now go through all your emotes, but the issue is the emote wheel uses the analog stick now which with the xim it uses the mouse. Before it was just r1 and l1 to cycle through then left mouse to confirm. To me this new way is a pain in the butt. Anyone else?

XIM Link / Fortnite Inventory toggle
« on: 08:55 PM - 03/30/18 »
I hate the fact that when I go into my inventory I have to hit whatever key for Circle to exit. This allows me to toggle it now. For me I use the Tab key to go into my inventory, now I can Tab to go in and Tab again to exit inventory. Change your keys according .

Code: [Select]
#Include %A_AppData%\XIM Link\ScriptAdditionals\AHK_ADDITIONALS.ahk
#NoEnv  ; Recommended for performance and compatibility with future AutoHotkey releases.
; #Warn  ; Enable warnings to assist with detecting common errors.
SendMode Input  ; Recommended for new scripts due to its superior speed and reliability.
SetWorkingDir %A_ScriptDir%  ; Ensures a consistent starting directory.
#InstallKeybdHook
~Tab::toggle() ; Keyboard key to toggle Inventory (I use Tab)
toggle()
{
    static togglestate = 0
    if (togglestate = 1)
    {
        Send {Esc down}{Esc up} ; Xim Circle Key
        togglestate = 0
    }
    else
    {
        Send {i down}{i up} ; Xim Inventory Key
        togglestate = 1

Commander / 1 button AHK building script for Fortnite
« on: 12:05 PM - 03/20/18 »
Just as the title says, has anyone made one yet that works efficiently? I've messed with it a little, but it's still not where I would like it to be.

I'm having this issue with my internet, I'll try to explain best I can.

I'm running Motorola SB6120 through a Linksys WRT54GL router, and not 1 issue for over a year.

So today I log into my 360 which does fine but go to play Battlefield 3 and says I cannot connect to EA servers window pops up. So I try Battlelog.battlefield.com and it times out there.
First thing I think is EA is down but yet friends are playing BF3 on my Friends list. I can go to this site downforeveryoneorjustme.com to see if the site is down or just me and apparently its just me.

I've tried so many things here and curious if anyone might know what might be going on? Here is what I did.
-Removed the router and boom I can go to the site and 360 fine
-Put router back in and same issue
- Tried another router and same issue (so its not a router issue i would think)
- Reverted back to the original firmware on my Linksys router (Was running Tomato firmware) Same issue still
-Same issue going to battlelog.battlefiel.com on 4 PC's in the house.
- I can goto the site fine through my iphone over 3g so i know the site is in fact working.
- i've done ip renew,release and dns flush (still no fix)
- I've tried changing my dns to another one also.

Think that's about it, I don't know what it could possible be, unless I wake up in the morning and its working by sheer miracle.

I graduated through an IT program here last year and we do so much trouble shooting to figure this out and this is way over my head :(

How are you guys doing this? I look at my battlelog stats and it shows me quitting 18% of my games.
I know if your in a game and you press start you have the option to quit, but after the game is over and your  in the lobby, is their no other way to leave besides hitting the guide button and dashboarding? I'm always worried about it saving my game stats after the match is over and not seeing the best option on how to leave when i'm done or wanting to join another server.

Why can't it be as simple as COD and have the option to leave while sitting in the lobby, or am I missing something simple?

General Discussion / Battlefield 3 Dog Tag pack
« on: 02:04 AM - 10/29/11 »
So I got a dog tag promo pack when i preordered battlefield 3. Amazon said some codes were not working so they sent everyone another code. My first one worked fine so this is an extra. I dunno how to go about this or let it go to waste, so first one to PM me I'll give you the code. This is for the xbox 360 version. These are nothing special but cool to have.

Edit: No more code, it has been given out.

Hello, I now have everything to make my Audio Mixer work with my DSS, Headphones and Microphone, or so I thought. I was referred by someone here to get the  Soundcraft Notepad102  which I did because of the AUX Send it has, and I like the mixer a lot so far. The problem I'm having is the mic is working and records fine through the controller adapter. If I click a friend and record a message it records that and works great.

Once I'm in lets say Black Op the Mic shows up and is lit up as if I'm talking and will adjust with the sound from the mixer headphone dial. If I turn the game sound down on the headphone dial to 0 the Mic light goes off. If I do this the mic no longer picks up my voice and I hear no game sound or mic light shows up.

It seems like a simple fix or like the AUX send isn't doing what it's suppose to. I found this from an earlier post and have it set up like this.

And here's an overhead view of the Mixer so maybe I can configure the mixer another way. Thanks for the help!

Support / Another Red Screen error.
« on: 07:55 PM - 08/13/11 »
 I've never experienced this until now and I've had my XIM3 since the very first run of these that came out. I believe I was running the 3-13-2011 firmware and never had an issue so never changed it to the latest one. I bought a TurtleBeach px21 and had people on the other end have trouble hearing me with a high pitched beep sound, so this is why i am updating to the new firmware. This is all i did was apply the update with the new XIM Manager, everything updated without a hitch but then it did the red screen when i plug in into my 360. I followed the sticky above to hold the red button to put everything back to default and its working back like it suppose to.

Just thought i would post this, and I've yet to load up the XIM Manager again and try to edit settings and such so don't know if that caused it but I will try it again. I thought maybe it was because i updated from such and old Firmware i was using but i don't know. Thanks

** I read through some of these other red screen error posts and never unplugged the USB to early or anything like that.

Playstation / XIM3 and SOCOM4 Beta

I'm currently downloading this beta, but has anyone else already have this up and running with a specific config that works best for them? Maybe make some adjustment to a ST?

Configurations and Requests / BO: Prim/Sec settings
« on: 09:54 PM - 03/18/11 »
I'm using the MX518 and yes its set to 1800 dpi. I know it's personal preference but does anyone else play with their settings @#$% backwards?
Primary: 11.00
Secondary: 6.88
Acc: 0

After seeing a lot of configs, I would say 100% of them play with reverse settings that I use for one. And also most play with the MX518 sensitivities in the 30 range for primary. I've tried so many settings and this just feels comfortable to me.

Configurations and Requests / Request a clock
« on: 03:40 AM - 03/01/11 »
This might seem like a stupid request, and I don't know if it can even be done. On the XIM3 itself can a clock be implemented on the main screen, like under where your name is or something? Sometimes I get wrapped up in the moment and thought it would be cool to look down at the XIM3 screen and see the time.
If this is something that can't be done, then disregard and thanks for looking :)

XIM 1 Discussions / PS2 Controller Extension Cable
« on: 02:28 PM - 11/22/10 »
I bought this from ebay and thought I would share. For anyone looking for a PS2 cable to use for your XIM1, I can confirm that this does work great! With the extension cable you can have both male and female ends and with the Teensy board for PS3 users you can use both ends. I'm doing it this way so i can use on my ps3 and use the Xconverter on my 360 by just plugging them in.

I can also confirm the color coding is exactly the same as the Tutorials used by OBsIV for the XIM1

XIM 2 Discussions / What version controller is this?
« on: 07:24 PM - 12/04/09 »
I've had this controller for a long time and actually thought it was a 005 one. But I can't tell because the numbers are wore off the sticker. So I opened it up to find it don't look like the pictures of the 005. The date on this says 2005 so is mine older than the 005 version or what? Thanks for the help. I'm sad now because I was all excited to mail this puppy in for the mod :(
