Hello, ive previously asked about this before, a white light from the xim(corruption) how would i send it out for repairs?

Hey, no matter what I do whether i am updating the xim or factory resetting it nothing will get rid of this white light. after factory resetting it the xim will cycle through a few colors then stop at red and the to white, it then stays at white and i cant do anything. im not sure what to do next.
