I'm guessing the original for NO and TOB won't be any good due to the switch to the IDtech 6 engine?

XIM 3 Discussions / Hello - XIM1 to XIM3 - Some Qs

Hello gents.

Formally a long tim XIM1 user and decided on an upgrade.

Got my Xim3 today, and was looking for some pointers.

Managed to flash to the latest beta firmware fine. My Roccat Kova detected & working fine,
but my main questions are regarding smart translators. In particular Blops and Blops-ADS.

Am I looking to assign both of these at the same time?

For now. I have the ADS one set as default, but should it be assigned as a switcher for example?
The guides on the site don't cover this as far as i can see. (2 translators)

I take it the ADS was set up as there isnt a way to adjust the secondary sens. when using the
default Blops translator in the latest firmware? So am i right in thinking these should be running at the
same time(switcher)?

A little muddled on the subject.

XIM 1 Discussions / Xim1 Software - Win7 64bit - xConvetor360

Hi Guys, i'm having real issues with Win 7 64bit.

The software i'm current managing to run is the very old original Xim360 tool.
The one without the controller screenshots and the good ol' textfile configuration.

The prob is I cannot run the latest Xim1 software or the other 3rd party alternatives
such as XAE-ME. No errors whatsoever and needs to shut-down in task manager.
I get some issues with Win7 with the old software. sometimes need to unplug the lot,
reconnect in order and relaunch the app. can be a bit annoying in the middle of a fire-fight.

Any1 here still using xim1 on win7? What software would you recommend?

Using it with an Xconvertor 360.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hello guys! Just Recently got a hold of a Xim 1 but try as i might, i'm having some
real issues to get a decent config together for this game.

I've even tried my trusty CoD:WaW config and tweaking away at it but it's not smooth at all.
Some real X/Y issues. up/down & left/right are ok but diagonals are poor.
Run a few searches but only getting Xim 2 results

Using a 1600 dpi razor diamondback

DZ = 1 (circular)
x/y ratio = 2.3
TW = 0.25
SP = 24
SS = 28
S'ness = 0.03

Any input would be quality
