Technical Support / [RESOLVED] Controller,Nav & Mouse not showing up in phone app

So I just bought my son a xim apex, updated it and hooked it up with my old mouse & nav but they are not showing up in the app. Can anyone point me in the right direction.
Would both us playing in the same room Interfere with one another?

Just looking for some insight on the nav controller and in xim In app deadzones.

I see that in the xim app we can change the DZ, I play mainly pubg with a nav and g502 mouse. Would matching the xim app with the in game deadzone help it feel more fluid? I feel like it’s not move as smoothly as it should and kind of hitting a wall sometimes. Any insight is welcomed
