Technical Support / [Q/A] XIM goes flat white after restoring config backup

Hi guys

Today suddenly my XIM turned flat white after I turned on my PS5. I could not access it via app and my m/k were not responsive.

I managed to backup my configs, so I resetted the device. After restoring the config, the XIM would turn white again. So I reset again without restoring the config, which worked.

Now, do you think some config is having a malfunction or something?

Hardware Compatibility / Xim 4 and Cronus Zen

Hey guys,

i am having a little issue, that the cronus zen cuts the power supply to my xim4 after a while (sometimes 5 minutes, sometimes 2 hours). I do not have any rgb on my mouse or keyboard. My controller is fully charged.

When used the xim 4 directly with the ps4pro, it works flawlessly.

May it be that the whole setup with the controller, mouse, keyboard and xim drains too much power from Zen A1 USB port?

I think, when I would get a powered USB hub for my Xim4, problem can be solved.

Does anybody has a suggestion for me please?

PlayStation / Re-link Epic Account with another PSN Account

Hi guys

I would like to know, whether there is a possiblity to re-link my Epic Account from my current PSN account to my secondary PSN account without losing all my data (skins, battle pass etc). Since there is an option of disconnecting the psn connectivity under epic games account options, I wanted to be sure my data will not get lost.

Hi Folks

Since we cannot bind our D-Pad's left and right buttons, I wanted to know, if it is possible to change between traps and material on XIM4 and Builder Pro configuration?
