Anyone knows how to use the hard pad side.. tried it and my mouse never moves but on the cloth pad it's working.. does anyone knows how to use this hard pad?

My astro a40 TR+mixamp TR is not properly working if it is connected to a usb powered hub then connected to APEX. Before it is working perfectly on xim4.. I can hear from my headphones but the mic is not working.. is there any fix to these problem?

hi can someone please help me trying to fix this problem all day..
 just received my APEX. im coming from xim4 in my xim4 setup it will be xim4 into the usb powered hub, because i am using razer products which draws a lot of power thats why i usedpoered usb hub.. on the hub also was my astro mixamp tr, the USB powered hub is connected to PS4 all my peripherals are working great my mixamp is working perfectly.. now come the APEX when the powered hub is connected to the APEX i can still hear sound from my mixamp but there is no microphone, and the mixamp is not recognized anymore by ps4.. what will i do? please help. i got only 2 usb slots on my ps4 one for the apex and one for my hard drive.

Can someone help me just got new xim when im plugging my astroa40 to a powered USB Hub the mic isnt working.. but there is sounds only the mic is the problem?? The Hub should be connected to the keyboard port right?
