This is a temporary config for Borderlands 3 (waiting for the official ST), it's as close to 1:1 as I can get.

Game settings:
Look sens: 10
ADS sens: 10
Right stick:
Inner deadzone: 0.21
Outer deadzone: 0
Axial deadzone: 0

Uses Console Controller Crossover config
Y/X ratio set to 1.43 (anything between 1.4 and 1.5 should be fine)
Works for both hip and ADS (very similar if not same aim mechanics)
Code: [Select]
>>> XIM4 [Borderlands 3] START PASTE >>>
<<< XIM4 END PASTE <<<

- the diagonals are absolutely horrible
- I capped the max output to 98.5 because the time-based acceleration kicks in at 99%
- the first point of the curve is difficult to get right: 24.5 works for me, but anything between 23 and 25 should be fine
- deadzone set to 0.21 because I recycled the Excel spreadsheet from a BFV config
- I use 5000 DPI

Code: [Select]
>>> XIM4 [Mouse Ballistics] START PASTE >>>
<<< XIM4 END PASTE <<<

This config is outdated, use the official ST instead.

use Console Controller Crossover config

set Y/X Ratio to 2,10

with this ballistic curve:

Code: [Select]
>>> XIM4 [Mouse Ballistics] START PASTE >>>
<<< XIM4 END PASTE <<<

Game settings:
Stick Aiming Acceleration: 0%
Center Deadzone: 22%
Axial Deadzone: 15%
Max Input Threshold: 100%

- You might want to try to play with the very first point. I set it to 17.5 because XIM4 doesn't offer much resolution on the X-axis.
- Only 30 measurements were made, mostly close to the deadzone. Most points were interpolated.
- This is as 1:1 as it gets with a custom XIM4 config.

Game Support / X-axis of the ballistic curve graph

What is the relationship between the mouse input, the sensitivity and the position of the input on the X-axis of the ballistic curve graph?

For example, let's say that I'm playing BF1 with my hip sensitivity set to 17,00. My mouse is set to 5000 DPI, meaning that when I move it at a velocity of 2 inches per second, the mouse input is 10000 counts per second (5000*2 = 10000). What is the resulting aim velocity (as a fraction of the max turn speed)? How do I find it out? What's the equation?

Asking for both XIM 4 and XIM Apex.

Game Support / APB Reloaded (PS4) 1:1 ADS config

Use the "Console Controller Crossover" config:
Code: [Select]
>>> XIM4 [Mouse Ballistics] START PASTE >>>
<<< XIM4 END PASTE <<<

- x/y ratio is 1
- there's some timed acceleration

EDIT: missing images fixed

Game Support / Rainbow Six: Siege - left faster than right
« on: 01:51 PM - 10/19/16 »
I have a problem with R6:S.

Movement to the left is faster than movement to the right.

How to make it 1:1?

New user here.

I'd like to make a custom config with the ballistics tool (unless there's a better tool I haven't heard of), therefore I need a config with constant mouse input/output ratio. Will the Console Controller Crossover config do the job? If not, what or which one should I use?
