Game Support / Destiny Xbox 1 - Aiming speed while side stepping

I'm sorry I am new to Xim4 and do not understand everything about it.  I have been trying to read up on the mechanics but can anyone explain how I can adjust the aiming speed while side stepping if possible. Thanks in advance for any advice
