Technical Support / [ACTIVE] XIM4 - Mouse is recognized but keyboard isnt

So I had a xim4 when destiny first came out (about a month after it came out), first time i plugged my keyboard and mouse into it, it worked perfectly. I quit ps4 and sold my xim4, my new one came in the mail today and I was excited to play with it again. When I plugged in the same keyboard and mouse that worked on my old xim4 it reads them and displays an icon in the manager for a mouse and gamepad (?). Thing is when i was editing the hip fire settings for keyboard it would just say listening and the key wouldn't be read, my mouse did work though. I have two different mice a logitech G502 and razer naga; the keyboard is one that came with my pc (acer KU-0833). Console is ps4
edit: now keyboard is just showing up as a white box
