Technical Support / [Q/A] Change profiles with a key

Hi all.

I´m currently playing  BO3 on my PS4. I usually play with ARs and LMGs and a high sensitivity seems to work good. But if I want to play as sniper  I need to lower my sensitivity a lot to get a good aim. And here comes my question, is there a way to change different set ups just by clicking one key on my keyboard instead of having to load a profile on my app?

I am buying a PS4 next week. I´ve read that it is necessary to buy a sound card to plug a mic. I wonder if any USB adaptor will do, in particular this model: http://www.amazon.es/LogiLink-USB-Adaptador-audio-7-1/dp/B0037AOUUQ/ref=cm_cr_pr_product_top?ie=UTF8

Another question, any headset which is compatible with PS4 will work?

Technical Support / [RESOLVED] XIM4 stops working since last week

Hello,

I am very worried because something weird seems to happen to my XIM4. It has been working nicely for several months, during that time I´ve not changed my keyboard, mouse, mic or whatsoever. It has stopped working as usual and, after a couple of hours more or less, the character starts turning or shooting or running on his own. I´ve also noticed that all dual shock lights start to flash at the same time and I need to unplug the XIM4 USB cable to make it work again. Mouse and keyboard seem to be shut down but the XIM keeps flashing in the same fashion.

Because of this, I have recently updated both firmware and manager versions to 20141114, but nothing has changed. Rumble function is off and the controller battery is fully charged.

Technical Support / [PENDING] bluetooth not working properly

Hi there. Ive just received my XIM4. Yesterday I noticed that my XIM4 had problems to connect to my Nexus 7 through bluetooth.

Today I´ve tried to paired it to my tablet and it seems that it is no longer possible. 

Edit. After that I just tried to unpair them, search again for devices and finally they got paired again. It seems that  they cannot get connected through bluetooth every now and then.

XIM 4 Discussions / Looking for a distributor

Hi guys,

I am looking forward to try the xim4. Im currently living in Spain and I wonder if there is a distributor here to buy the device. If not, can anyone recommend me a good european one? (I was thinking of Stargames until I saw the complaint).
