How do they make so much money from this game yet their servers still go down. How is down time even an option for them. Even elite is down, yet their status webpage says everything is running except theater. @#$% bastards

lol havnt even noticed server downtime.. its my first day back on bo2 only bc of a youtube patch vid just had to try..still @#$%.. like a minimal smg hipfire recoil was the the thing fixing all.. or a minor AS buff maybe a+ milli sec betty dealy will make the game all good... @#$% @#$% devs f u c k cod..maybe cod is just the bankers of gaming..prepere to get @#$% over and pay them a "bailout" just for being the fps norm not for doing anything good ever.. no real work just minnamally inprove gfx and downgrade connction requirements AIMED AT WIRELESS PHONE RETARDS @#$% @#$% you...im done thx for the ban guys xim still rules

I find BLOPS 2 be... unenjoyable.  It tells me something about the game when people that had 2+k/d in MW3 and BLOPS suddenly have significantly lower K/D in BLOPS 2.  The fact that everyone runs around with either a shotgun or an SMG and does nothing but hip-fires and can still kill you from across the map while doing so is completely absurd.  They might as well take out the assault rifles, and sniper rifles as the SMGs perform both of those roles flawlessly.

hey shifty, I'm sorta curious but what is your frame rate like with SLI 560 tis in Orgrammar on Ultra settings in front of the AH? I have a really good build but I only have 1 560 ti and thats the one area of the game where the framerate goes down to 45ish. If i turn off Shadow Quality to High instead of Ultra it  makes it stay at 60.

My average for the entire game is about 90fps.  Outside of capital cities I'm usually at around 100 and near AHs its about 85.

Literally just built this 4 days ago and run BF3 on high with no problems, SC2 on Ultra, WoW on Ultra, and CS:GO on high.


EDIT: Forgot to mention that I have 2 of the NVidia 560Ti's and I have a Western Digital Caviar 1TB as another hard drive.

Found a good box to start with as a template. Going to use packing peanuts until I can get foam to cut to shape.

Thinking of having:
-bottom of mixamp at edge of box so headphones can be put in out easilly
-top of mixamp hidden with wires put below the foam
-top of XIM exposed to plug components in out easilly. Might just mount a kvm in there since I have a dedicated g13 that ill bind to the setup
-g13 might fit in box also.

After I stuff these in ill keep checking down box sizes till I find a perfect size.

Ideally I want a flip open plastic container or removable top to see the goodies and pack for travelling. Starting to think the n52te might be better because of smaller size....

Ill post more pics when I start cutting and packing ^__^

I used a Pelican Laptop Case and a dremel... Most of there cases come with foam that is blocked so you just remove the blocks to make perfect sized compartments and they're watertight...

Does anyone else think it's stupid that Elite doesn't show how many kills you got during the whole game for Demolition?

For instance, I just played a game on Dome and went 82-23 but Elite shows that I only went 37-16 because it doesn't take into account my kill streak kills or kills in overtime

I'm in Suffolk about 10 miles from Bury.  It's funny you guys mention Sky because that's what I have.  Their internet is generally really good, I average around 12mb down and .9mb up and the only game that gives me trouble is MW3 and that's only the last couple days.  Sky still rents the line from BT though and BT just upgraded their whole system or whatever last weekend which may or may not have something to do with my issues. 

At any rate, I'll continue to play until my connection starts to be an @#$% and then just switch to something else.

It must really just be the area I live in because I have buddies that live in Cambridge that play wirelessly with no problems.  The only game that I experience this problem with when playing is MW3.  Maybe my internet just doesn't like MW.

@publix - If I could leave I probably would.  And you can't tell me that BT doesn't suck the @#$% out of a horse's @#$%

Every person I have checked has been from the UK or a closer European country such as France or Germany. It's rare if I play with another American unless that American also lives near me and I work with them.  I have the 360S so I run wirelessly, which I woud normally think is the problem save for the fact that my connection in any game that isn't MW3 is fine such as BF3, Halo Reach, GoW3
