I am an idiot so sorry for double checking but if I use the below settings from the game settings page can someone confirm that USA should be turned off. I have had it on this whole time.

Battlefield 1

Soldier Sensitivity: 100%
Zoom Sensitivity: 200%

Advanced Settings (Left and Right Stick)
Stick Aim Smoothing: 0
Center Deadzone: 22 (Default)
Axial Deadzone: 15% (Default)
Max Input Threshold: 100% (Default)

My plan was to duplicate the mouse turn speeds and distances I have on XIM but a rather simple process of measuring my mouse movement doing horizontal and vertical sweeps. At the very least it will give me a base template.

I have some people mentioning that they use a XIM on PC as well which i assume is only for controller compatible games

As the title says I'm getting a new gaming rig on Friday. I'm not leaving XIM and console but I want to play PUB and H1Z1.

I am one of those people who can't play with a controller. I have always been awful. For context in BF1 I am a 1.0 KD with controller and 2.64 with XIM.

I am going to get BF1 on PC to see how I compare but does anyone have any advice on just how crap I'm going to be? I kind of assume I have a good KD because I'm on Xim against controller players with AA but once everyone is using MnK on PC and no AA I will be back to my old crap ability.

Anyone got experience going from console to PC and what the skill curve difference is like?

Hardware Compatibility / Will my XIM4 set up cause latency issues? Advice please

I have a ps4 but when I use a controller I like to use an elite controller. However, I hate having to swap cables about every time I want to switch between controller and MnK so I changed my set up a bit yesterday and would appreciate advice as to whether this will cause me any issues with input.

My setup:
PS4 | XIM4  | Mouse
        - DS4    - Bus powered USB hub - Keyboard
                                                       - Elite controller

My set up is standard except I have put a bus powered usb hub in the XIM4 controller port which I then use for both Elite controller and keyboard with both always plugged in. All I need do then is change profiles.

Will this have any negative impact and should be using a different type of usb hub?

Any advice appreciated

Hey everyone

I play BF1 on PS4 and I only have a few friends who play the game so if anyone wants to team up so we can wreck house together (or at least try to) please add me as a friend. Im on 3 times a week 7pm UK time.

Rank 10 on all infantry except Scout which I am doing now and 2.07 kd which isn't too bad since I don't use tanks or planes.

I have two ps4 consoles with a xim4 for each.

Do I need to have xim manager on two separate devices to control each one or can I control the two xims from the same phone for example?

Anyone see this as a worthwhile purchase if you already own a ps4 but only av a 1080p tv/monitor.

Trade value for PS4 is prob around £120 so in effect you could get the PS4 Pro for around £230

Not only do you have to get a 4k monitor but you also need to make sure you get a monitor with hdmi 2.0. It is rarely made clear in reviews through what connector 4k is optimal so you do have to do your research.

This is a decent 4k monitor with 2 hdmi 2.0 slots allowing 4k60hz

I tried mouse and keyboard but it just wasnt smooth enough for flying or riding the motor bikes. Went back to a controller.

MnK works great though for horse, Tank, blimp or gunner

I agree with headhunter.

They are saying everything that works on a pro has to work on the original and slim which I would assume also mean peripherals.

Worst case scenario - you have to use the old dual shock 4.

I am guessing Obs can't say this because it is not 100% certain and as the consummate professional he doesn't deal in assumptions

Have you made any videos of the curves you created in action?

I am still using a mix of your old curves and Lupos but I plan on trying out your new curves once ROI launches as I am taking an enforced break to avoid burnout.

Can you link to Lupo's curves please?  It would be so handy if we have a section for all proposed curves.

The mouse he uses is 3600dpi whereas I play 12000dpi so I lowered the hip sens to 23 and ads to 11.5

If you watch him on twitch he is pretty beast though when I have spoken to him he says aim assist is still an issue.
