I play with this combo. I map all my games the same.
NAV:
A or Jump Stick down
B or Cancel Nav bumper
X or Reload/Use Trigger
Directional stays as directional
Other 3, 2 little ones and big PS get mapped to Start, menu and Xbox
Mouse:
RT or Fire/Shoot Left Mouse
LT or ADS Right Mouse
Y or Swap Middle Mouse/Scroll Whl down
Left Stick Down or Sprint Mouse Wheel forward
Right Stick down or Zoom/mealee Mouse Wheel back
L n R bumpers get mapped to 2 side buttons
Secondary mappings
L n R Stick down also get mapped to L n R Mouse Wheel Buttons
2 extra buttons next to left mouse get mapped to L n R D Pad
Third Forward Side button mapped to healing. Up or down DPad depending on game.
That’s my base setup. If a game only supports hold Left Stick down to sprint the forward mouse wheel won’t work as it’s only good for toggle on/off. I do have to adjust accordingly from time to time. Only gripe I have with G502 is the L n R wheel buttons. You really need to push L or R to get them to click. Seems like a lot of travel.
As for dial menus. I have same issues everyone else does. I’m getting better a small mouse moves to use them.
