Hi.

I have XIM APEX connected to Cronus ZEN and cronus connected to my XBOX S. Game is The Division 2
When im changing values of recoil settings on my app, there's nothing really happening in the game.
Any ideas what i do wrong?

I've used various devices like the CronusZen and TitanTwo with the Xim Apex. I ran extensive tests with both devices across multiple scripts and games. My finding are, the Cronus and Titan actually can hinder the use of the Xim and its intended purposes depending on the game you are playing.

In the case of antirecoil, I actually have antirecoil through the Xim app. There is a video on Xim Central on YT explaining how to achieve antirecoil. Currently, I use it in MWII with a setting of 13 and it works perfectly for mostly any weapon.

With the Xim Matrix about to make its debut, I just wanna say that I am currently still enjoying my Xim Apex. I've had to repair it a few times but it's pretty easy to solder. Right now, I am playing MWII and found super sticky aim assist settings and they are beautiful. Thanks for a great product and I look forward to the purchase of Xim Matrix.

I stand behind the company's decision on what features are included. In the end, it's totally up to the consumer to use features provided by the device if they feel the need. If you don't feel the need, then that is a choice you can enjoy.

It's nice to see features in the new product. I agree that these types of device will be considered, "Cheat Devices", when all they do is emulate movements.

As a consumer, this does not deter me from wanting to experience the Xim Matrix. As it is now, I use a Xim Apex and there is a way to have an antirecoil. I've never used this feature on my Xim Apex, as it is so easy to control recoil on my own with some Y/X Ratio, also Boost if I feel the need.

In the end, I will always stand behind this company and their decisions and continue purchasing their products.

It's exciting to see a new Xim product introduced once again. I for one will be picking this up on day one when it finally is released to the general consumer. I cannot wait to explore all the features and see what the possibilities are with this new device. I really like the look of the design also. It's nice and compact. Great job!

I want to know if there will be any Firmware update to solve the problem in MW2 to detect Xim apex as controller and why are we losing Aim Assist because Xim apex is being detected as M&K?

I've been using mine with out issue. I play on the Xbox Series X.

That is a subject of debate right now internally. The global silicon shortage and supply chain issues are real and it is hard for small companies like ours. We literally ordered some parts a year (yes year) ago and they are just now coming in and over that entire time, the manufacturer raised prices several times. This is on an existing order which is outrageous frankly but is what we and everyone else have to deal with right now. I don't believe we are going to be able to hit APEX-level prices which was the goal. We will see.

  I've paid about $220.00 for the Titan Two with the bluetooth dongle and micro sd card kit. Even if the new Xim was $200-$300, I'd still buy it day one. My Xim Apex just shows quality and ease of use. No other device comes close to it. I've used Cronusmax, Zen, and Titan Two and they don't compare.

  I definitely would pay what the company thinks is a price that will make sure the company can make a profit. I know this probably sounds weird coming from a consumer but, I wanna make sure this company stays around for the time I'm alive and beyond. I enjoy the products and I am willing to support that cause any way I can.

Am I missing something? I play with my Xim Apex and Xim Nexus on my PS5 all the time.  What are people trying to do that it won't work? And yes, I'm using a third party controller and it just works in all my games.

So, I am using my Xim Nexus with the PS5 I picked up today. Everything works perfect except, I'm not sure how the touchpad is suppose to be mapped. I just need to be able to push the touchpad as if it was on the PS5 controller I noticed that there is no way to select PS5 when I setup a profile. I also understand the support may have ended because of the issue with the PS5 and the Nexus. Mine is working perfect fine though. If any advice can be given, I'd greatly appreciate it. Thanks!

Have you tried using a pin and pushing the reset button on the back of the controller?
