What SAB value are you using on Black Ops 4?

With the new update I can finally go back to my keyboard. I've been missing it for a while but now that SAB has been perfected I'm interested in trying it out. Thanks for the tutorial Od1n. Hopefully I'm not too rusty😊

What do you mean by perfected? Is it a new beta firmware that modified the SAB behaviour? Since you could deactivate the SAB in the last beta,I've been playing with SAB set to OFF and my game seemed to be better.

Long story short, I used to have a G440 hard pad. I tried this method a while back and the first step was doing a full 360 from one side of the pad to the other. And that was your base sensitivity. That was easy when I used to have the G440. But what about when I have the G840 XL pad?
Last night I switched to arm aim and I was performing more consistently in LEAGUE PLAY. So I decided to do this method again tonight when I get home and further improve on my aiming. Any tips on how to do that?
How can I measure my 360 while using an extra large pad?

Thank you all for your replies. I wish you a great day!

So, I've received my G840 yesterday but unfortunately I couldn't play more than two games due to some work I had to do. I don't know, maybe because I played at 2 AM,maybe because I wasn't in the mood but I' played the worst COD that I could possibly play in years. One thing it's for sure, cloth is wayyyy slower than hard.  I had to raise my sense.
On the bright side, I made some kills that I know I couldn't make in 1000 years using my G440. Maybe it's time to go back to the drawing board. Another thing that I did like is that I don't get jitter on 16K DPI.That was my biggest fear. I will keep you guys updated.

I receive my Logitech G840 on Monday. I will let you guys know. God, I hope I didn't make a mistake buying this.

My first mouse pad was a Steelseries Qck+. Since I've always gamed on console,I never knew that I am a slow sens player. I later bought a Logitech G440 hard. I've changed my mouse from G502 to G pro wireless but the more I play, the more I realise that I need a bigger mouse pad.
Don't get me wrong,I significally improved as a player since June last year, when I purchased my apex. A lighter mouse also helped in the process. But I feel that I can't get any better from this point unless I change to a larger mouse pad. So I ordered a Logitech G840.
Does any of you guys have this type of mouse pad? Did I make the right choice? Or I am just paying for the brand? For a mouse pad it's quite a lot of money. I really hope that using a mouse pad this big will take my aim to the next level.
Thanks everyone for your replies. Have a great day

What do you mean by setting Apex on XIM4? 125Hz with max DPI?

Can you be more specific about what sorts of issues you are having? I know there are many excellent Fortnite players on here so maybe they can provide some help.

I swear to GOD,the amount of patience you guys have. I would've blasted the kid on the spot. Great job handling this.

Steady Aim should not make your aim feel floaty or delayed, but Smoothing will.

If you want to try something completely different before tossing in the towel  -

Code: [Select]
>>> XIM APEX [MJ Steep BO4] START COPY >>>

In-game ADS at 75%, HIP ST on ADS, analog input (Azeron). Rebind keys to suit. I use 12K DPI, so sensitivity will be off.

If you can, try a number of different pads. Hard pads aren't always the best option, nor are cloth for that matter...

I will try this a try too. In the meantime last night I was very hyped about trying new stuff. So I hopped  in some firing range free for all with bots. Maximum difficulty, full lobby,I don't know  how many they were, maybe 12! I got nuclears with SAUG,Maddox,ICR and Swordfish. We all know how bots on hardened aim. They could be looking another way and in a fraction of a second you could be dead.I was very happy about my aim so I decided to play League Play.
My session was a mediocre one, to put it  kind . Imagine that my last game,I finished 19 - 31 considering that in this game, even an assist counts as a kill. I was fuming. I will give it one last try tonight.

I've never had issues in public matches either. Because you can "afford" to miss in public matches. League Play is a different story though. If  you get stuck even for a fraction of a second between the bubble you are dead. I can't help but think that I am getting stuck. I always leave my opponent one shot. And in the best play of the game, when I get one,I see that I am right. In slow motion you can clearly see that I am behind the target for most of the time. I've used boost, granular, gradual curves, everything.
Went from 3200 DPI sync common,to 16K sync off. Every dpi, every sync, every polling rate. I've tried even steady aim in combination with boost or steady aim alone. But with steady aim it seems that my aim is,as I said in the OP,too erratic.
My best results were when I used 16K DPI and sync off. I don't know what to do anymore guys. I tought that I could use just one DPI for every game and try to be good. But it doesn't work for me. I always keep thinking that if I would use higher DPI and other sync I would do better (when I am using 3200). I wanted to get into Fortnite but until this day I wasn't able to. I don't even want to think about trying settings for almost a year like I did with BO4.
This caused me more frustration than happiness playing the game. Instead of enjoying and trying to get better I always change configs and second guess myself. I tought that using the APEX would be easier. I wasn't right. I am seriously considering selling the device and going back on controller. I am 28 years old,I don't want to spend my limited time trying new settings instead of playing the actual game.
Don't get me wrong,XIM APEX is a wonderful piece of device, but it just isn't for me.

XIM APEX Discussions / Steady aim "problem"...
« on: 01:03 AM - 06/03/19 »
Hi there, I keep hearing that using a steady aim value between 1,5 and 3 helps a lot with breaking the AA bubble in BO4. I keep on testing different configs for competitive COD but it always seem that something it's not right. Last night I've tried using steady aim. The problem is that using steady aim, even a low value of 1 makes my aim very floaty ( for lack of a different word). I don't know. It just doesn't feel like a very true 1 to 1 movement. Like my crosshair spassez or something like that. It becomes erratic. Anyone else having this problem?
I am using a G pro wireless with a G440 hard pad,16K DPI,1000 HZ, and sync OFF. The thing is that the aim feels erratic at 3200 DPI sync common as well. All your replies mean a lot to me. Have a good day

I feel that I always get caught sprinting, which cause me to die.Like a LOT of my deaths are caused by me getting caught sprinting. I noticed that if I quick press ADS two times,my character stops sprinting, but I also have to press A or D afterwards. If I press W it will sprint again. Any solution for this?
PS. I don't have auto run set to ON!
Thank you everybody for your replies. Have a great one.
