PS and Xbox controller polling rate is 125hz. The higher the polling rate, the more responsive your mouse will feel. The polling rate is how often your mouse updates it position hence why it feels more responsive. Your only going to feel a major difference if you use sync off. The only thing you may find about 1000hz is some mice canít run @ 1000 consistently enough, so you will experience jitter. Hopefully this helps a bit.

So just recently Iíve had to turn down my sens for 32 to 5 with sync off and 12k dpi ( BF1, BO4, Forknife) Of course this is not a problem just a curiosity, I would like to know if someone is experiencing the same thing? And maybe what it means?

Xbox x supports 120hz, of course your not gonna get that many frames. 120hz at 60fps will give you better input lag thus more of a competitive edge.

Try the highest dpi  and 1000hz for less aim assist, itís my opinion that these settings work best with sync off.. Boost artificially makes analog dead zone smaller so micromovents are more sensitive, so cutting through AA would be easier . SA I wouldnít use more than 5.0, SA also helps cutting through aim assist. SAB increases the amount of time it takes for your key press to go from not moving to full speed, this is used to disguise keyboard input.  If you are still finding it hard to track targets with AA, I would recommend using one of RMLs Anit-AA curves.

I'm a new user, I do not know how to Make settings suitable for Sniper, knowing use Logitech 502 and 1000Hz and play on off

Don't use any advanced features, just increase your sensitivity. If that doesn't help, you could try to create the same config using common sync. I find that it gives me the most precise aim for sniping, just know that this does increase aim assist with other weapons. Seeing how sniping has no aim assist you will be okay. Also high DPI and polling rate will give you increased control.
